Attention 1) Charging batteries is strongly prohibited! 2) For a longer life for this LED lighted mirror, please shut off power in the back if necessary. Please take batteries out of holder if we don't want to use it. 3) It's not huge, but big enough for a small space. The lighting is enough, but we don't think we can expect too much from a battery powered mirror, compared with plug in ones. 4) It is plastic and be careful to open the battery compartment and also be careful attaching the mirror stand to the base like we said it is all plastic.
