GREAT GRID TIE INVERTER! Had a defect, returning to buy another. Seller on different site didnt want to replace it.
First off I bought this from a different seller I believe. I began having an issue with the inverters output power levels as well as the fans going up and down constantly until I shut my system down and reset the inverter. I contacted the seller and was shocked they did not want to replace the defective unit. They wanted me to send the unit in to be repaired. This could take weeks considering the manufacturer is in China. This was bought a little over a month ago and I felt the seller did not handle this properly. I am returning the defective one for a full refund. It was odd that they wouldnt replace the unit but they would take the return and give me my money back.I REALLY liked this inverter, one of the best grid tie I have tried. I will be buying a new one and would like to buy another one of these. I think they are great inverters. But with this defect I am second guessing.
