I love this journal - I was surprised at the quality of it all. The pages are so nice and thick and ink does not bleed through. There is space to track about everything you could think of when tracking your fitness and food goals. I love the pocket in back and that it has 13 dot-grid pages in the back for notes, affirmations or whatever! It's a beautiful amber color. The cover is beautifully embossed and has a sheen to it, so it is not matte. Love that it has a pen loop and elastic closure. It's the perfect size to drop in your bag. Just love it!

I love that it has a space for goals, tracking good intake and workouts. Plus you can input body measurements each month.

This looks great! It’s a lovely l book and is great quality.It is a gift for my dad. It has lots of sections in it and lots of comparison and progress pages. I can’t wait to see how he gets on when using it!Would love another version that’s maybe bigger so that you get more than 3 months. That’s my only ask!

This journal was so helpful in keeping track of progress as well as planning and keeping myself accountable. It is cute and discrete on the outside but cute and well planned on the outside. Definitely will be buying again.
