Portable Silicone Dog Paw Cleaner and Foot Scrubber for Large and Medium Breeds - Muddy Paw Cleaning Cup

We have 2 large mix breed dogs, one is part Dane & is an excavating machine & her paws get packed with mud. She tolerates this paw washer the best over all that we’ve tried. The little fingers gently clean between her toes & under nails. We’ve bought more of these as gifts for friends who have large dogs.

My fault. Bought the wrong size

My yard gets really muddy (thanks to the dogs destroying my backyard) when it rains and snows. So every day that it's not sunny and dry I end up with 8 muddy paws making my kitchen and living room full of mud. Using a dry towel just doesn't get their paws clean enough but this works really well. I had one last year but lost it somehow so bought this again and will not lose this one. My dogs don't really care for the process but the warm water mixed with a little Castile soap feels good on their cold wet feet and gets their paws clean. Then I just dry them off and I don't have muddy tracks on my rugs. I only wish the bottom of the thing was created so it stood up on its own better. You really have to be careful that it doesn't topple over and spill out all that lovely muddy water. Luckily my sink is right there by the door so I place it in the sink when drying the paws. Have not turned it inside out to use to wash the dogs yet but I guess that is a good feature too

I have 5 dogs so I just have to have a bucket of fresh water to refill the cup because one dog dirties the water with my big dogs paws! But it works great! So much better than muddy towels!

I received my order and it was very big and the material is very loose and cheap feeling. I do think it was not worth the price.

Cleans mud slick and fast with less mess

The giant holes in this product make it very hard to use. Trying to fill it with water, even just a little, then trying to scrub my dogs' paws in it makes water splash everywhere through the holes and you can't really set it down since there's no flat surface. I guess it can always be used as a grooming brush, though.For a similar product that works better, I suggest getting the cup style that's a large cup with a brush insert in it. There may be a few spills and water will still go everywhere when you take your dog's paw out, but it's so much easier to use. Plus you can just set it down and water won't go everywhere unless your dog knocks it over.

Soft on the paws. Easy to clean the paws and the paw cleaner. Pop it in the dishwasher or just rinse it out.

This is a weird review for me because the quality of this piece was wonderful, the idea is great, but I wasn't given enough information on the ad to make a good decision. Bought this for one of my great Pyrenees livestock Guardian dogs. Love the idea of it because it is a soft material and if my dogs took offense and bolted they would not get hurt. But my hopes were completely dashed. If your dog is a collie type or a Shepherd type it will probably work, but not for anything bigger. Although it is long enough and the top opening is wide enough to allow my 125 !b 32" at the shoulder dog's foot to enter, as advertised, the throat of the thing (which measurement is not shown in the vendor's ad and on which I did take a chance) is way too narrow to allow my dog's foot down into the area where the mud could be washed off. Needs a redesign for giant dogs, and or the inclusion of the diameter of the narrowest point. Useless. Sadly returned.
