For the price of this spinning reel you cant beat it. I have a 3000 and a 1000 these reels are smooth and the drag is great caught a 6 lb bass on the 3000 with braided line and pulled it through moss like it was nothing and the 1000 has been great for catching crappie and I have never had any issue with either one of these reels.
