Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) Leaves Alcohol-Free Mother Tincture Naturalma - Liquid Extract Drops 120 ml - Food Supplement - Vegan

This is really good. I take some am and more pm, and it helps me sleep, and feel calmer during the day. I grow lemon balm, and harvest it to dry naturally, then powder to jar up. I use it as a tea. But sometimes i go off it a bit, and use this tincture. This brand do exception tinctures that have no alcohol. I use many other tinctures they produce. I drop straight into my mouth, but can use in water, or in anything you are drinking. And i don't need much; about a third of a dropper at night, and a quarter, or less, am. Great for stress or overlivliness, and great for sleep.

Good quality no alcohol tincture. Glycerine is somewhat less effective at extracting active therapeutic chemicals than alcohol but if you want to avoid alcohol entirely this seems very good.

Recommended to me by my dog nutritionist. I add this to my dog's food (along with Passionflower tincture and dried chamomile) and it has really helped to calm his down.

Great product

The only thing wrong with this product is that sometimes you get a really weak version of it. When you get the stronger one it's fine. I suppose it's pot luck

Lovely refreshing drink

I have mixed emotions for this one. I bought it for the first time a few weeks ago, it was wonderful, 5 to 10 minutes after taking it a calm would wash over me and I'd feel very relaxed and happy. The liquid was dark, good consistency, that's how I knew it was strong. I bought a second one yesterday and the liquid is very clear, not as dark as the previous one. The effects are not quite right, it's way less strong than the previous batch, it doesn't make me feel like the other one did. I don't know what changed, if they added more water to dilute it or something, but I wish they kept it like the previous batch of a dark colour and strong effects. I don't think I'll be buying again, that's unfortunate, because I really liked the first one I bought.

I only do reviews once I have used something for awhile. I'm on my 5th bottle and this is a staple for me now. Helped me with anxiety, digestion and sleep. Can't recommend this product enough.

Good product, I can not really tell if it's fully to be contributed to the lemonbalm. But it seems the swelling in my ankel are greatly diminished after using this potion.

Compré esto simplemente para relajarme por la noche. La experiencia es positiva, pero con los pies en la tierra: relaja, pero no hace milagros, como cualquier producto de este tipo. Lo mejor: Natural, suave y bien tolerada 1. Relaja (se nota un efecto calmante) En momentos de estrés o cuando estoy más inquieto, unas gotas ayudan a bajar un cambio. No es un efecto brusco ni sedante, sino una sensación de calma suave, como si la mente se aquietara un poco. Ideal para tomar por la noche o en situaciones puntuales. 2. Sin alcohol y vegano (apto para todos) Al no contener alcohol (está hecha con glicerina vegetal), es apta para personas que evitan el alcohol, niños (con precaución y dosis ajustadas) y veganos. Eso la hace mucho más versátil que otras tinturas tradicionales. 3. Formato de 120 ml (dura mucho) El bote es grande, de 120 ml, y con tomar unas gotas al día (20-30, diluidas en agua o zumo), tienes para meses. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. 4. Sabor y olor agradables (a limón, típico de la melisa) La melisa tiene un aroma cítrico y fresco, muy agradable. En gotas, el sabor es suave y se disimula bien en agua o infusión. 5. Fácil de dosificar El cuentagotas permite ajustar la dosis cómodamente. Yo suelo empezar con pocas gotas y voy viendo cómo me sienta. -Lo que hay que tener claro (no es un milagro) 1. Relaja, pero no es un ansiolítico Si buscas algo para ataques de ansiedad fuertes o para dormir cuando no puedes pegar ojo, esto no es suficiente. Es un apoyo natural, suave, para momentos de estrés leve o para ayudar a relajarse, no un medicamento. 2. Efecto sutil, no inmediato No esperes tomarlo y notar el efecto a los 5 minutos. La melisa actúa de forma progresiva y con el uso continuado se nota más. Para efectos rápidos e intensos, hay otras opciones (farmacológicas), pero no naturales. 3. Cada persona es un mundo A mí me funciona bien, pero he leído opiniones de gente que no nota nada. Como con todo lo natural, la respuesta es individual. Hay que probar y ver. Si buscas un relajante natural suave, bien tolerado, sin alcohol y de calidad, esta tintura de melisa de Naturalma es una opción excelente. Pero si esperas un efecto milagroso o algo que te duerma al instante, mejor busca otra cosa. Para calmar el día a día, ayudar a desconectar o acompañar momentos de estrés leve, cumple muy bien.
