there are two types of glucosamine in this supplement, is one type from shellfish?

The label says “GreenGrown Glucosamine is made using a patented fermentation technology and is free from allergens and suitable for Vegans, while most Glucosamine on the market is derived from shellfish.” I use it and have shellfish allergies.

How long after starting it does it take until it starts helping? I switched to this from a traditional glucosamine 3 weeks ago and I'm in so much pain

I would think at least a month but it is not a pain relieving medication. It helps repair joints and I think it makes you less sore but it is not an in medication. It's a preventative like the regular glucosamine without the fish oil and shellfish which I am allergic to.

Why did the price double in 2 months?

I haven't ordered lately,and didn't know that. Have you tried other online sites? Type into Google.

Is this product natural, organic or pure?

I've stopped taking this due to some issues regarding the amount of glucosamine it claims to contain opposed to how much is actually in the product. I may be wrong but I don't like taking chances. I'm sorry I couldn't give a better answer but I do hope this helps.
