I love these mats. They are great value for the money. They are great quality and they're very durable and they're a pretty big size for my rather small couch. If you have a huge couch, you're definitely gonna need quite a few of these. They don't have a noise to them and they are great deterrent. I don't have them on often. Once my dog understood to not be on the couch anymore I leave them there and don't have them turned on so they still serve their purpose. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you have a dog that is stubborn and doesn't really listen even after you have corrected them many times.

This product worked for 3 months. Now it will not turn on. I have replaced new battery and it still will not turn on. Return window closed, so hoping I will find a way to contact the seller for some help! Updating my review! Was able to contact the seller and they sent me a replacement. Out of the 4 mats that I ordered from them, only one had an issue. They replied promply to the email I sent them requesting help to fix the mat. They sent a new one out right away. I will definately buy from them again when needed! Great customer service!

These do not work. They turn on, the light blinks green, but they don’t make any warning tone and most definitely do not let out even the slightest shock. Now I have gone over all the reviews. I have read that some only found success with rechargeable batteries. So I took the brand new batteries I had bought, tried a different store brand, then went on Amazon and purchased the Amazon brand rechargeable batteries. Didn’t help. I went over the manual again and again. Then I reached out to customer service. They told me that if I reached out to the seller they would issue me two replacement mats. So I reached out. I got some automated message giving me more troubleshooting instructions. Went back and tried again. Nothing but a green blinking light. I replied saying I tried that and it didn’t work. I then get sent another message very similar to the first. I don’t understand, I have tried everything over and over. I wish they would just be upfront with me if they won’t issue me a replacement because in that case I will just return them. However my return window is soon closing and I feel like they may be playing games with me at this point. I really needed these mats to keep my cats from peeing in this one spot. It’s just a matter of time before they pee on top of the faulty mats. I was praying these would work. And that I could also maybe buy more for other parts of my home like my dining room table. Unfortunately , unless there is a miracle in which they decide to send me replacements that truly work, I won’t ever be buying from this company again. I would be happy to update my review if the seller provides better customer service than I’ve gotten so far.

Ordered two mats and both were faulty for some reason. Edit: Customer service reached out and sent me replacements right away. Very impressed with this company! I’ve ordered these before and they’ve worked great. I use these mats to keep my dogs away from my plants. They work really well.

The mat works well enough I guess but they go through batteries in 1 day. Would be nice if they could make these USB chargeable. It'd just not cost effective for me to buy a package of 9v batteries every other day **Update - the company reached out to me to send me a rechargeable mat as a replacement. The rechargeable one works great and seems to hold the charge well, so you're not wasting batteries. I appreciate their quick response and desire to rectify the situation so I added a star to the review, however my review for these battery operated mats stays the same. If you're looking for a shock mat, definitely get the rechargeable one!

They have been great! I put them on my counters when I leave or go to bed and it keeps the cats off. I put them on my dining room chairs and now the cats do not get in them or get on my table. When I see that they have forgotten I put them back.

My blind grandfather likes to walk around the house barefoot even though he has gross yellow curvy toenails . We turn these on and pretty soon he is screaming in pain . He gets the hint and spends the rest of the day in his room

Works on a human hand, doesn't beep at all on my dog. It says to shave your dogs paws, but my dog has hardly any hair on his paws for his breed. Video fail attached. Doesn't work, photo of his paw showing limited hair. Don't recommend, needs to be improved to register a dog paw.

The coils are spaced further apart than others on the market so smart cats can simply step between coils and reach their destination undeterred. Would work great for dogs with larger paws. Returned because it was useless with my cats. Quality was not as good as the Scat Cat mat, but great deal with two of these for the price of one of the higher quality mats.
