I would like to have this but where do I get a 5in backing plate from

It comes with a 6" backing plate. The description states not to change the backing plate to another size as this would disrupt the orbiting of the machine. Look for another if 5" is a must.

Does this unit ship with the apron and microfiber towels that are included in the Youtube reviews?

This package is different from the YouTube reviews, the apron and microfiber towels is not included. It is simplified package come with 4 different pads. The cost will be lower.
