Q: Are they ok to walk indoors? I want them for when I walk to work and the store. Don't want to have to take them off when shopping.

It depends on the flooring. I highly suggest caution. I've worn them indoors and it was mostly ok, but it was a bit awkward once or twice. Due to the little metal spikes it may be a bit slippery in some environments, because on tiles or parquet floors they have nothing to grip, hence it could be slippery. Should a fall occur, the fault would not be with the store.
