It was missing parts I had to use some parts from one of our other cat trees

I usually don’t write reviews but this one deserves it. I had purchased a different cat tree that claimed to be for bigger cats but definitely was not! So I returned it and purchased this tree. Assembly would have taken less time if my cats would have stayed off it while I was building it but they were glued to the soft fabric and fun toys that it came with lol …. It was nice to see them become attached to something instantly and validated my decision to purchase. It was insanely easy to assemble and I love how the instructions say “please” before every step, which I thought was a small detail that was thoughtful and considerate to customers. Showed me that you have respect for the consumer and it’s a great way to gain repeat buyers lol I also like how it came with a thoughtful option of securing a part attached to the middle of this cat tree, into the wall behind it (if needed) to keep it sturdy. My 16 lb cats like to use their tree as a way to get to the highest part of my closet so they PUSH off it with force lol so the option to secure this product to the wall behind it is VERY HELPFUL. I am very happy and I can’t wait to buy more of your trees or scratchers in the very near future. Thanks!!

We’ve been impressed with this tree. My concern when ordering was stability and accommodating our largest cat. No complaints after assembly and one weeks use.It’s very sturdy. We have seen no need to anchor it but glad it’s an option. Our one year old cat is quite rambunctious. Despite running and jumping onto it, plus some good natured swatting between our two biggest, it’s not tilted at all.Our largest cat (16.6 lbs-not fat, just big) fits the smaller perch bed but really has room in the top perch bed. All 3 have enjoyed it. Hindsight, I wish it had an additional cubby hole, but I may enclose a lower shelf myself. Definitely worth the purchase.

Ok I wana make this clean I didn’t get this item even thou it said it was handed to resident my mailbox is down the hill from my place and we have a gate I asked the mailwomen to just leave anything that was to large pass the gate and don’t go up the hill it’s muddy and her tiny car would get stuck well three other items I ordered a Mountain Dew gingerbread soda a poster and a fox hoody but nothing else idk what to see can’t take a pic cause it’s not there my brother didn’t grab it either and he told me my stuff was down the hill edit after I wrote this the product showed up much later at my place I almost tripped stepping outside I won’t complain I have it now I kinda blame Amazon now for saying it early but that just me being picky I will raise my praise now

Our cat, like many cats, prefers to be in a cat tree. I have owned many cat trees and I can tell you, this cat tree was not designed to last. Unfortunately, after only 4 months, the top became unstable and our cat toppled off the tree. Upon inspection, the component which secured the top of the tree had worn out and was no longer secure. Would not recommend to cat owners who have larger cats. I don’t think this tree can support adult cats safely. Would be better suited for a smaller cat or kitten.

I placed it in front of our backyard sliding door so they could lay in the sun and it's now their favorite spot! My 3 cats are all about 20 lbs and it's perfect for all three to sit in at once!
