Do not buy. They break.
Avoid these. They are so flimsy that very first one broke while inserting into the wood plank with one half in the wood. Luckily I was still able to fix a nut but decided to use screws for the rest instead of the inserts. Can't even return them since it was past the return window.

Short delivery
25 pieces mentioned and I received 16 pieces only...How will I get remaining 9 pieces?

Might break off
It's quite flimsy and nearly ruined my dream build of a live edge table and bench.2 of 6 broke off while tightening and somehow I managed to pry out them leaving a jagged pit.
