Perfect for my purpose: Small tray, accurate listing, beautiful and touch of elegance
More than a year ago (in 2024), I purchased the silver version of the rectangular tray from this listing. It was exactly as expected and desired, size and all (I measured before ordering; happily, the listed dimensions/pictures were accurate). I gave the tray to someone as a gift, and the recipient has seemed happy with it and has used it for the intended purpose ever since. The recipient has a small salt lamp with a rectangular footprint that someone else had given as a gift. Salt lamps can shed bits of salt when jostled. To catch the salt and protect the wooden table beneath the lamp, the recipient had the lamp on a large, rectangular, thin plastic lid that came from a food storage container. The recipient likes the lamp, but also wants the overall room to be stylish and nice. As you might imagine, the plastic lid wasn't stylish. The lid also wasted space, as it unnecessarily took up a much bigger footprint than the lamp itself. I decided to find and gift something genuinely decorative to replace the lid. After measuring the precise size of the lamp's feet spacing and base, I went looking for a tray that would be a close fit without so much wasted space. My goal was a tray big enough to fully surround the lamp and protectively catch flaking, but no bigger. This tray is a perfect fit. The center (indented) surface of the tray was big enough for all 4 feet of the lamp to fit well within it. The surrounding (swirly/raised) sides of the tray offer a little bit of extended protection against salt flakes missing the tray as they shed. The overall dimensions of the tray aren't much bigger than the lamp, so there isn't wasted space on the table anymore (freeing up more space for putting other things on the table as needed). And, importantly, the tray brings a touch of elegance to the display. The tray's size was a relief, because most trays I found at the time were either way too big or the wrong shape (and, of those that might have fit, many were so bland or unappealing in appearance as to be no prettier than the plastic lid the lamp was already on). The tray doesn't look cheap, despite being inexpensive. It's actually a beautiful tray. It doesn't feel flimsy, either, which was another concern I had before ordering (and, if you've ever picked up a salt lamp, you know they're heavy, so sturdiness against easy bending/scratching/denting from heavy objects sitting on it was definitely a factor). The tray has also held up perfectly as a simple decoration (it hasn't been tested with anything wet, so I can't speak to that). The dry salt hasn't appeared to cause any damaging chemical reactions to the surface of the tray for well over a year and counting, which was another thing I wondered about. The complaints in other reviews about this tray's size are, in my opinion, unfair and clearly buyer error. The listed and pictured dimensions were accurate when I ordered, and I was deliberately looking for something this small, so I really appreciated the accurate listing. Although, I could have sworn that, back when I ordered, the seller had pictures or description also detailing the inner dimensions of the tray (the size of the indented area), not just the outer dimensions. For precision, knowing the inner dimensions before buying is really helpful. However, as I write this review, there is at least a picture in the listing that shows an actual ruler placed across the length of the tray. At least that makes it possible to estimate the inner dimensions (which, I guess, could have been all I did when I ordered, but I can't remember). This tray is a great size and depth for things like holding the jewelry you plan to wear the next day, an electric shaver and some attachments, small seasoning or condiment containers in the middle of your dinner table (salt and paper shakers, granulated garlic, ground hot pepper, BBQ sauce, ketchup and mustard, or other regular-sized seasoning or condiment bottles), and so on. It is NOT a big party tray if you're hoping to serve snacks to a lot of guests. But it would fit a couple sushi rolls or similarly sized objects quite nicely. It would work great for serving light snacks to 1-2 people, such as some cheese and crackers or a couple bunches of grapes, etc. If you're unsure whether this tray will be big enough for your needs (or small enough, as the case may be), just be sure to measure first. Sometimes, if the sizing is complicated and I have any uncertainty, I have found it helpful to use listed dimensions to trace a basic outline of something onto a piece of paper if it's small, or mark it out on floors or walls temporarily with masking tape if it's larger. Once or twice, I have even made crude 3D paper models of an object to get a good idea of sizing, if size is really important and/or really hard to tell in context of my use case. In conclusion, with proper measuring beforehand, this tray would be great for a variety of small uses, especially where a decorative appearance is also important. It has been great for the person for whom I bought it, and the listing was accurate when I ordered (I assume it still is). It has perfectly fit my recipient's purpose in terms of size, shape, and offering a touch of elegance. It's also sturdy enough, as one might expect from a serving tray or plate. What I can't speak to is its resilience with wet uses (food, soaps, sauces, etc), as I don't know how it would do in those circumstances because that's not how my recipient uses this tray. If I, or someone I know, needs a tray of similar size and style in the future, I would be happy to order this again for myself or others. It's definitely pretty enough to be given as a gift, too.

Tiny, but super cute
It's about the size of a cell phone. Not heavy, but sturdy. Nice quality. Small, but it's a beautiful little piece. It is the perfect size and style for what i need.

Gold Looks Terrible
Not a beautiful gold color at all itโs orange cheap looking and super small. Not a serving tray size more like a catch all for rings or some type of jewelry. Also super light feels cheap.

Sturdy, but a bit small.
Very sturdy, but they are a bit small. Double-check the sizing to see if it will work for you. The quality and presentation are good, though.
