If you must go small, this is a beautiful choice. It is sturdy and well made. Requires no water (ha); fits very well on our TV console; and provides no hassle wrapping it in fairy lights. The only problem is that the grandchildren exclaim that there is no room for presents under the tree!

I love this 3 foot tree- it looks like a real Christmas tree. Apparently it was returned by the original owner, probably because the branches are plastic, but once you open up the branches and rearrange them from the packing box it honestly looks real. The base is wrapped in burlap, but I sat it in a small galvanized bucket and it is absolutely adorable! Great buy from Amazon. Highly recommend these trees.

This is exactly as we hoped it would be. Perfect size and shape for the space we were placing it. Beautifully constructed and very life like. Came packed in a great carton which was clearly marked as to open the best way. Easily came out of carton and the branches were neatly folded inside for protection. It stood up on the burlap sack base sturdily and the branches seemed to easily fall into place with little effort. Took about 5 minutes !! We were very impressed with this company and the product. A great and beautiful choice <3

The other reviews are right. The base is basically Styrofoam. But I put the base into an old flower pot, added some filler to stabilize it and voila! Christmas tree. The tree itself is very nice. Looks realistic. Branches are sturdy enough to hold real ornaments.

I love this tree. Perfect for my condo. I agree with the reviews. The tree weighs 5 lbs. but the base is not sturdy enough. But don't let that deter you if you are looking for a smaller tree and love the look of a Norwegian tree. I had a crock in my kitchen with my cooking utensils in it. I emptied it so I could dress up my tree and use a "pot" to keep the tree from tipping over. I slipped the tree in the crock and topped it off with a few Christmas cotton cloth napkins that I knew I wouldn't use this year. And like magic, my tree is sturdy. You could do the same with a flower plot. Or get creative and buy an inexpensive tin pot or something to house your tree. I did use extra napkins shoved in the crock around the sides of the base of the tree to even the tree out and keep it snug. But you could also use rocks or wash towels or 1 or 2 old t-shirts. Just top it off with napkins like I did or moss or tissue paper or something festive. Again, a great tree. I wasn't thrilled with the burlap bag anyway. So in a way, I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Merry Christmas! *Just updated my review. I found another picture to share. I wound up buying a second tree last year. LOVE THEM BOTH!

Love the fact that the "real" leaves covered the entire tree. Also that it's open and you can ha.g ornaments inside the limbs. I used it for a Florida room beach-themed tree and it was beautiful. The only problem I had is that the base isn't heavy enough to keep it from tilting. I simply placed it in a basket and stuffed paper around it to stabilize it. Looked good this way actually. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this tree for its beautiful realism. It’s perfect for my nursing home room. I hung white fir fragrance sticks in it and received many compliments while it was standing. Major problem with the base; not weighted enough.

Loved that it is a US company, but try as I might I just can't get it to work. Like several others before me, it will not stay standing up. After a week of it falling over at random with no one even in the same room and breaking 5 of my priceless family heirloom ornaments, I took all the ornaments off to see if it was something in the weight of the decorations, although they were super thin, blown glass and not big, and nope, it still falls over at random. I think the cute little 'base' may only be styrofoam, but am not sure, just sounds like it might be in which case some sort of cement in the bottom might help, but that is work and I was looking for something easy. This is not it and I don't want more broken ornaments, so I will be shipping it back sadly. Sorry folks, a 3" tree shouldn't be so rickety, it 's not like it is 8 feet tall. :(

This is a great little tree. We have a small house and really no space for a larger tree so this one works perfectly. A couple tiny bits broke off when I was positioning the branches but they can be wired back on. Being gentle and bending from the base of the branch where it is wired is the key but all-in-all, I would recommend this tree.

it is realistic, beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. I bout a small basket for it and it just amazingly matches my new tree. I love to keep it the whole year like this.

As other reviews mention, the base is not even and you'll end up stuffing things around the edges to level it out. It's pretty top heavy, so this isn't ideal.Remember that the 3 ft height includes the base, and the base is about a quarter of the total height. (it looked smaller than I expected because of the height of the base.)The look of the branches is nice, but most of the smaller branches and tips can't be bent into place. Also, many branches have a very obvious right side and wrong side. And the wrong side really does look wrong.There's a nice amount of spacing for small ornaments. Don't expect to be able to use full size balls.Lastly, I bought this for $65 (hesitantly), and then I noticed the price shot up to $200 closer to Christmas. Definitely not worth that price.
