Fabulous
I brought small due to being disabled and have weakness in my arm. Found it just right can feel the resistance I hope in few months to get next size up. Recommend these highly for strength work but also helps with hand and fingers technique

The media could not be loaded. These stroke paddles M size but feels a bit large. I have never used anything similar but would feel more secure if they were tight on my hands.However they designed to build upper body strength by increasing the resistance with each pull through the water, so them being loose makes me concentrate more on the strokes.The silicone grip is very comfortable, but has to be held strong enough to not slide.The neon orange panel on the thumb area is to help concentrate on the swimming technique and ensure that the thumb finger is entering the water first.I think the quality is good, I just might need a size smaller.

Great for increasing muscle power and improving hand positioning
The medium size paddles seem ideal for this 5”5’ female swimmer although accurate sizing does not seem to feature on the marketing information. I love how the thumb is directed to the coloured zone and there is a slight uplift to the palm of the hand to mimic ideal hand positioning when swimming.The bands can be tightened or loosened as appropriate and there is a good degree of flexibility. These can be stored in their own mesh, drawstring bag.The paddles are great for resistance training, increases arm muscle power and corrects hand positioning. It is full marks from me!

These are comfortable and stable and give me more "grip", effectively increasing resistance for a more intense workout.
