Nicest keto granola, even better than my own
I love my cereal in the mornings and whilst I’m happy on a keto diet to have eggs and bacon or smoked salmon, I miss the speed and convenience of cereal. I’ve tried making my own several times (I’m a really good baker), hopeful each time that this will be the answer. It was okay, but not great. Then I did some online research and tried keto porridge (yuk) and then tried this Keto Hana granola. It’s FAB. Crunchy, tasty, easy to use and I’ve ordered more of this and 3 other flavours too. It’s a bit pricey, but when I add up all the time and wasted ingredients I’ve used so far, it’s a bargain. Also, be kind to yourself and eat what’s great and what you enjoy when you’re on a keto plan. I have it for breakfast with sugar free almond milk, or sprinkled on top of greek yogurt with a few raspberries. I snack on it while I’m working too. I don’t do reviews - people have to make up their own mind about things and in today’s touchy online environment I only write nice things that are helpful. I made an exception for Keto Hana, because it’s exceptional!

Expensive keto essential for me, at least
Tasty, keto essential. This helps stave off the need for a sweet treat. It is quite expensive for a small bag , especially since there is no indication that the ingredients are organic or non-gmo. I don't care about certifications as I know they're expensive for no reason. But some indication would have be good.only 'best natural ingredients. Appreciate the pink himalayan salt and not regular salt. Anyway, could not get through a keto cycle without it.

Inaccurate description
Really disappointed. Image on Amazon shows 1.1 net carbs. Looks like the brand has changed ingredients and I have received the new recipe showing it’s now 2.7g net carbs

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS
I think I'm addicted to this gorgeous granola! Every bite is chock full of crunchy yumminess, with amazing flavour, nuts and seeds. It makes amazing keto flapjacks too, especially when mixed with the Cinnamon flavour granola and keto maple syrup. I usually mix this with the Cinnamon flavour - as I can't buy this flavour in a big enough size - and top with fresh blueberries, just a few red, seedless grapes, and lactofree full milk. Absolutely delicious and really sets me up for the day.

Tasty, filling, quite coconutty,
Very tasty grain free granola, filling and chewy, great with Greek natural yoghurt. Only 4 stars as it is quite heavy on the coconut flakes
