100% effective! It dried out my wart within just a few days. The surrounding skin did peel along with it, and since I continued applying the product afterward to make sure the wart didn’t come back, it left a small pit of raw skin. Reapplying to that area was a little painful and definitely caused some irritation, but the discomfort usually went away within about 10 minutes. I bought this on August 18 and started using it on August 20. By August 23, the wart had completely peeled off. I’m still keeping an eye on the area and applying it to ensure it doesn’t return but overall, I definitely recommend this product. It worked incredibly fast for me!

I tried other brands, but this is by far the best, and the cost really can't be beat. The consistency of the liquid is perfect. Not to runny so it stays put while it dries, but it is not as goopy as a gel so it spreads out just the right amount to cover the treated area nicely. It has a nice acid burn to let you know its working. Some may not like that, but I do as it is clearly working. Other weak-sauce versions of liquid salicylic acid have no sensation at all which also seems to correlate to doing nothing. Feel the burn for success! I also like the smell. Kinda like a Sharpie. Astringent, slightly minty. I find the smell refreshing. Others may not. I have used this to eliminate plantar warts in a matter of days. Other warts seem to take longer, but I can erase them in week or two with application every couple days. I have used this to burn off skin tags too. I think that is counterindicated in the instructions, but I don't care. It worked very well for a few small tags. I like this product. I recommend this product.

This is the ultimate ripoff. As others have pointed out it dries out so quickly you get no more than a few applications before it becomes unusable goo that is impossible to apply. I made a point to close the cap tightly as soon as possible after each use and I got a total of THREE applications before it formed into goo that was just a glob on the applicator and no way you could get that to stick to the wart area as needed. And those 3 applications did little if anything to impact the wart I was trying to get rid of. I am furious, this is a complete ripoff and they should not even be allowed to sell this gunk. 3 applications then an entire bottle of unusable goo, incredible they have not had class action lawsuits to get this off the market and reimburse everyone they have ripped off. Avoid unless you love throwing your money away on useless garbage.

This gel liquid worked for me. I had a flat wart on my little toe and it took about 5 weeks for it to completely go away. It goes on as a gel and dries super fast. It will then be a hard white piece of gel skin over it. The smell is strong but as soon as it dries within a few seconds the smell is gone. I applied it constantly, after the shower if it was peeling off. Sometimes I didn't need to apply everyday, only if it starts to peel. The area that you apply the gel to will then peel off after a couple weeks. It was a pretty thick layer of skin that peeled first. When I peeled it off, it took off the top of the wart, I could then see the bottom of the roots. I applied more for the next 2 weeks until the skin was ready to be peeled again. This time I got all the roots. It was a pretty easy process. I'd image you would probably need to be consistent for it to work as it did for me. The peeling of skin and white spot was odd at first but it works. Just make sure you don't put the gel on much of the skin around the wart because wherever you are keeping the gel the skin will peel. I was applying too much at first but the skin will grow back within the week. The bottle is still 80%full so I'll have this stuff for a long time! I was first using the freeze spray for the wart and it wasn't working. I'm glad I found this!

This really works! I had a small wart on my finger. Applied this 7 days straight, covered in a bandaid. And by the 8th day my wart is gone. I used only a small drop that was large enough to cover the wart. Warning: The smell is really bad. Be careful not to inhale when applying. Glad I got this.

Really works. I have used it for years. My husband's back was covered with Warts but would do nothing about it until they got so big they were catching on his T shirts. At the start it was taking entire bottle per day. Now only half a bottle and we are getting rid of them fast.

I didn't know what to expect with this product. I had a fairly large wart on my elbow which has almost disappeared after a few weeks , product says may take up to 12 weeks but seems to have worked much faster. Application is similar to a small nail polish type brush. Not messy at all

Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations. The consistency is very thick and gel-like, which makes it nearly impossible to dispense a "small drop". It is difficult to get anything out of the bottle without significant effort. Overall, I found this purchase disappointing and would not recommend it.
