Have been delaying arthroscopic procedure for torn meniscus for a little over a year due to scheduling and the COVID shutdown. Have needed to ice knee repeatedly during the day . Initially purchased two similar braces with cold packs ... one leaked immediately and the other leaked within a month rendering both useless. Plus they did not retain the cold temperature for very long. Purchased these ( definitely buy two if you need to use more than once a day although they do freeze quickly) about a month ago and these are TERRIFIC! I put one or two terry wash cloths between the bare knee and the brace and it alleviates the pain enough to allow sleep. During the day, I use one when I can get off my feet and let the chill do it's thing. These are GREAT... Thank you so much! Showed one to my PT/friend and he said super design and obviously holds the cold for a good long time... optimum 20 minutes for me... and it seems to work for perfect length of time. Well made... certainly better than the former product I tried with it's thin gray leaky cooling gel pack. THANKS!!!

I ordered the knee support brace wrap with ice gel pack for hot and cold therapy for my sister who lives in another state. She has a meniscus tear in her knee and was considering an operation on her knee until she started using this knee support brace wrap. Since she has been using the wrap with ice therapy, her knee has improved so much that having an operation is now out of the question. She feels being able to comfortably wrap it around her knee while she goes about her activities is the main reason for such improvement in her knee pain and being as it was so convenient to comfortably wear around her knee, she was very consistent in icing three times a day. She mentioned to me that if she had had to "hold" an ice pack on her knee, she would not have been as consistent in icing three times a day. She is absolutely thrilled with this knee support brace wrap with ice gel pack. No operation! YAY!

I had ACL reconstruction surgery and ever since I got back to running my knee flares up pretty badly post-run. I get back and I have a lot of swelling built up around my knee cap as well as in some pretty specific spots. This knee brace is great because it molds the ice pack tightly into the knee and gets all the hard to reach parts. Bonus, it’s a great hands-free ice!I might buy a second one so I can get both knees iced at once

This is my second one, this product is perfect for me. The Velcro straps hold the brace and ice pack perfectly as placed. It allows enough flexibility to maneuver around with the ice pack, but the nice part is that the brace without the ice pack offers reasonable support for heavy usage.I use mine on my thighs as well, as I recently suffered some bad muscle spams and this produce has provided GREAT relief!

When my knee was injured badly, I had another bad experience with doctors - just like when my hamstring was badly torn. (I got Freezie Wrap for my hamstring, concerned about using heat regularly because of all the swelling and my white leg turned almost black by the time I was allowed to see the doctor, due to outright malpractice) Amazon came to the rescue again for my knee avulsion (which was a tendon that was torn almost off the bone in the back of my knee - not half as bad as what Jimmy Fallon experienced with his hand, though!) Though I had swelling, I realized from past experience that both heat and ice would be a useful treatment - since it took me 3 weeks to see a decent doctor because it was too painful to travel far from home till then. Taking care of your injury immediately makes all the difference in progress of healing! Though this picture shows the pad is over the top of the knee, I used it in the back of my knee since my injury was there.I have to admit,1. One which would reach completely around the knee would have felt better, but both my internal med doctor and ortho doctor (he referred me to, both in NYC) were impressed with my progress in spite of the avulsion. I am not done with phys therapy but my phys therapist told me this past week I could try walking without the brace, which is great.2. I still use the heat and ice but not as frequently. Too bad there were not 2 gel paks with this because one could be ready to use for ice while using the one for heat.

This is the best! Tired of holding ice on your knee? Tired of not being able to walk without that sweet, sweet coldness on your leg? This is for you! After about an hour in the freezer this thing just keeps going and going with the coldness only my exs heart can come close to. It lasts about an hour but doesn't really seem to lose its cold till after that. Really great for knee pain.

I bought this for my elderly Mom when the brace the hospital gave her was like locking up a bank vault to get on. This one is MUCH easier and I think she’ll even be able to put it on herself. Generous flexible cold pack that stays - great value for the money based on what others charge. High quality materials and construction.

Ordered this following meniscus surgery in my knee. I also ordered a spare cool pack so I could keep my knee iced down while the other refroze. The cool packs last about twenty minutes...perfect for keeping the swelling down with a break between treatments. The cool packs slide into a pocket built into the wrap...the fabric provides just enough insulation to protect the skin from freezing. The design of the device allowed me to gently position it around the surgical sites and the adjust the two Velcro wraps to comfort. Great device...it really helped to reduce the swelling in my knee.

Bought to use after knee replacement. Less messy to have ice pack rather than using loose ice from fridge. Gives great relief and gets swelling down. May be a problem for someone with thick legs as I could only just get the support brace on in the first week post operation because of the swelling you get after the procedure. Very happy with it and would certainly recommend for anyone who needs help with a swollen knee.

Been suffering from Tennis elbow for a while and have tried countless Heat rubs, Freeze creams n alsorts of gels n the like without any luck!This thing has seen it clear up in days!Definitely recommend 👍🏼

I have had knee problems for some years (arthritic) - I have, over the past two months, used bags of ice to no avail! Saw this on Amazon and was not sure whether it may be a little too cheap (was originally buying a £99 one offered) - however, with just one weeks use, the swelling is half what it has been, making bending the knee much easier!! Excellent! If only I knew something so simple would make such a difference, I would have bought one months ago!!

Good product eases pain wish it stayed cold longer but good.

I've found using the gel pack without the knee brace to be more beneficial as I can place it exactly where needed.
