Reversed wiring
Same problem as someone else posted. Won’t work. I saw where someone posted the positive and negative with reversed. Thought that was pretty silly of a company to do that. Need for a week trip so I tried it. Yep, reversed . Cut , spliced , heat Shrunk and I’ll be on the road. Now , I’ll return my replacement I guess. Cost me time and money. You’d think they would just credit me since I did repair their screwup.

Don’t buy this.
This product doesn’t work at all. Like literally no power. My connector at the bike end is fine, measured 12.5V with a multimeter, but nothing from this charger whatsoever. Useless. Particularly disappointing as I needed it for a trip I’m taking tomorrow.

Ist eigendlich nicht zu gebrauchen das Teil. Habe lange darauf gewartet, da der Versand aus China erfolgt, dann kam die Enttäuschung. Der SAE-Stecker entspricht nicht der Norm. Durchmesser des männlichen und weiblichen teils zu groß. Man kann den Stecker nur unter größter Kraftanstrengung in das Gegenstück pressen, dann hat man allerdings auch keinen Kontakt, da die Buchse einen zu großen Durchmesser hat und dadurch im besten Falle ein Wackelkontakt zustande kommt Also wieder mal billiger Elektroschrott Made in China!

Wrong polarity
Mine didn't work at first but it turned out to be a polarity issue. The plug is wired the wrong way round. I reversed the supply and bingo!
