It's not weak you put as much pressure on it as you need you can actually over do it I love mine I had a bulged disc and took about 4 times using it to get over that I was going to chiropractor 2 times a week and now I might go 1 time a month if that great machine

how much pressure does this exert? In physical therapy they don’t go above 1/2 your body weight ... is there a way to measure the pressure exerted?

I’m trying to find out about this as well. The machine does not measure the pounds exerted, so I’m going by how much length of a stretch I’m getting. Not sure if that’s even possible.
