I bought this because like the name implies, it is sleek and doesn't extend out past the laptop body. The battery my old ASUS laptop came with is the type of battery with a lip extruding out past the back (it's larger). So, this one made it is look super sleek, modern, and overall a little newer, more compact. It has about the same life span as my original battery, but my laptop is from 2010 so that is expected from the times. Maybe like 1.5 hours span. Thanks NinjaBatt! Made my computer look 10 years newer! Its not about life span, its about breathing life into old tech :)

I bought this battery to replace the OEM battery in an ASUS N53J laptop. So far it is looking good. I ran several different battery analysis programs against it and the specs appear to be as advertised. I have had it only for a short while and ran it through several charge/duscharge cycles thus far, and it is performing well.I am happy with my purchase to date. Also, the seller sent along useful info on how to properly care for the battery, and what not to do. The info was in line with what is found on Battery University regarding lithium batteries, so kudos to NinjaBatt for giving accurate advice.As things stand right now, I would purchase again from NinjaBatt.

Original review:It arrived quickly, but less than 2 months after receiving the battery (with about an hour of use a day, 5 days a week), it only holds a charge for 15-30 minutes. DO NOT BUY. One star for making my laptop slightly more portable than a desktop.UPDATE:They contacted me shortly after I wrote my review, and offered a free replacement battery. It arrived a few weeks later, and (so far, after two days) it works just as it should. 4-stars for excellent customer service (and the free external phone charger they gave me for my first review - before the battery died and I had to write the bad review that prompted the replacement battery), and a good quality replacement battery. So far, so good- and if there are no more updates to this review, that means it continued to work :) Great company to work with!

I have an aging Asus G50VT, and got a replacement battery from another vendor prior to this one, with higher mah but cheaper price. It died within a few months and didn't last nearly as long as expected. I haven't tested a full cycle yet on this one, but I can already tell by the discharge rate this will last longer. It was worth getting one with lower mah (4400) and a higher price for newer, better quality cells inside.

Not any problem other than holding charge only up to two hours. It goes from 100% to 1% in no time. I guess that’s the most It gives if it’s working good which is a bit disappointing. I’m not sure if I recommend this product.

Nice solid replacement battery at a good price. I'm using it in an Asus N53S with core I7, 16 gb ram and I'm getting 2 - 2.75 hours depending on the power setting. This laptop is a power hog and the Ninja Battery is holding up as long or longer than the original battery when it was brand new.I highly recommend following their instructions and fully discharging and recharging the battery three or four times when you first begin using it. Great purchase, definitely recommended!

Its happened 3 times now. Battery fully charged, charger not plugged in. Three times now I've booted my laptop without the charger plugged in to check emails etc.. The battery will show that it is fully charged but a few minutes in the machine suddenly shuts off with no warning and won't turn back on unless I plug it back in. Once I do so, the battery suddenly says its at 0%.I replaced the battery so that I could boot up for brief periods of time to check email etc without having to plug into the wall. (My original battery is long dead). However, seems about 50% of the time I boot off the battery, it decides to just lose all of its charge. I gave one star because it works about 50% of the time. I guess you get what you pay for.

The battery arrived very quickly. It was well protected in a box within the Amazon box. It was sealed in a leakproof bag. It looked just like the original OEM battery that I replaced. So far, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will most likely begin using NinjaBatt for all of my computer battery replacement needs.
