It looks like it does in the picture and the quality is good for the price. I got a small and it fits well, but it is a little snug at armpits. I think maybe a size up would fix that, but I am not sure if it would fit as well on shoulders and arms. Overall as I expected.

I'm under 190 right now, 5'2 w. decent proportions except for my arms. I got the XL, but could have done better w. The Large, horizontally it was too big even w. my boob inserts. Kind of leaves a gap where my bra fat spilled over a touch.Don't like it, am giving it to someone w. a much larger bust. Too late to return & also the quality is low so it ripped a lil hole quickly & I wasn't even too big for it.

Worked great for what we wanted. Should have ordered her an extra small versus small. But I wanted to error on the side of too big instead of too small, because if time constraints. She wore this for prom and it stood up to picture outside against uneven brick and rock surfaces and survived a mosh pit.

I am 5'3", 120 pounds, and it fit me well, a little more on the tight sideI didn't think I could get the neck to stretch over my head but it did. If you have a large head or large neck, this would not work for you..I have not washed it, so I do not know how that will go

I read a couple product reviews before purchasing and was not disappointed! To be on the safe side I ordered a large considering my weight and height compared to other reviews and found the Large was a perfect fit. Not too tight and loose enough to be comfortable without being too big. Definitely would order from this seller again :)

Ordered this for a 90’s style showcase and it did the job but ripped right after! It had a little too much fun HAHA

I am a little insecure about my arms and back so this was going to be the perfect little additive to cover a strapless top. Unfortunately it didn't fit at all like the model in the pic. It was much higher up in the back and sides (right under the arm pit) but the sleeves were pretty decently fitted. I ended up not wearing it at all.I sized up a size and it still fit unflattering.
