I’ve been dealing with cancer and orthopedic injuries from injuries on the job doing EMS and post 911 issues. I have use a hodgepodge of ways to keep track of everything, this book is going to work out well as I am getting more complicated and doctors are asking questions what doctors when I saw them what tests etc. after going through this book it looks like it’s gonna work out well I would like to see a little more note sections in the doctors visits but I will be able to deal with it I think this is going to be a good thing for me and will help out anybody who has a complicated medical history and need help organizing it. I also bought a small journal that I can keep track of my notes before I transfer them over to this book so I don’t screw it up which I’m pretty good at and which is the reason my wife does most of the stuff I was a little hesitant about this book but it wind up being better than I thought if I was going to say anything about a downside it’s too big maybe a little bit smaller would be nice but when you get a complicated medical history usually going in with a bag anyway and then it will fit just fine.This is a real review not somebody Building up a high review for a product

Overall the only thing is change would be more self reflection cues and more note space.
