The first one wasn’t great however the customer service is amazing. They communicated with me after my review and replaced it straight away which I did not expect! They was very kind and the new one is perfect my son loves it!!

Can't recommend this product
It is smaller than you think. It is not robust. It seems to be constructed mainly from plastic and is not diecast metal. This arrived with broken string that is attached to the pulley and the crane. String is generous - it was more like several strands of thread. The spinning cab needs so much pressure to turn I found it difficult - how a four year old would cope I have no idea. The cab appeared to be sun bleached and was certainly a different colour to the crane. This was probably caused by the packaging. This is the first product that was sent without any other packaging just the box the toy came in. If it was stored like that it's not surprising the colour faded. Oh, and its made in China that outpost of quality built products. Amazon of course are superb and it was sent back within an hour of delivery for a full refund. Thank you Amazon.

Lifts the spirit
Just the job: amazingly this was bought to go on a 'diggers' birthday cake so it succeeded both as an ornament and, finally, as a toy. Excellent in both rôles!
