I found this case to be durable and very easy to put on my iPad, which I really appreciate. However, one downside is that it doesn't resist smudges as well as I hoped. The oils from our fingers tend to leave marks, which can be bothersome. That said, a quick clean helps manage the smudges effectively. Overall, I would definitely buy this case again for its ease of use and durability!

Top notch customer service!! My iPad screens arrived broken but we didn’t realize it because it was a gift for a family member. We went to install them and found both screens broken. It was after our Amazon 30 day return window so we reached out to the seller. They were VERY responsive and immediately sent out a replacement. The screens are very easy to install and we love how the matte screen protectors look. We will purchase from them again and highly recommend them!!

I have one major problem with this screen protector. If you’re going to use this for reading or watching videos it’s fine. but if you’re using an app that requires gestures, like any artistic app that requires zooming and pinch to resize, you’re going to have a lot of problems. One app seemed to be affected in a way that the screen protector made it not sensitive enough to gestures, and another app was overly sensitive. I had to make a switch to a new iPad mini last week because my 5 year old iPad Pro finally died. I now have a ton of wrist pain before I finally decided to try the mini without the screen protector as a test to determine if it was the iPad lagging or the screen protector affecting touch sensitivity. It was the screen protector. I had zero issues installing it even without a plastic frame guide. This was actually the first screen protector I was able to install without bubbles or dust trapped under it. I was very disappointed that I had to remove it because of the sensitivity issues. If you’re not using apps that require gestures this is a great screen protector. I have to give it 1 star because the modern iPads rely on gestures to navigate so this screen protector should have been tested for affecting touch sensitivity before being released.

I bought this thinking I could use my IPad in the sun. The glare is so bad I can’t see the screen. I use my iPad for flying my drone. It’s critical that I can see the screen clearly. I still need a shade hood to accomplish this.
