Love everything about this emergency radio. It can be solar powered, crank energized, has a battery back up and can be plugged in a wall socket; all in this small light weight radio. The reception on the NOAA channel is crystal clear and provides local weather alerts. The emergency sound is loud enough, if you were lost in the woods, people could find you. The flashlight illuminates a large space and the phone charger is a plus. The price also was a major selling factor. Loved this little unit so much, I purchased a second one for my neighbor who lives alone on a 20 acre farm and was totally impressed with its functionality. Had to use it yesterday when the power went out due to high winds, worked like a charm. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, all in one, small emergency unit at an affordable price

This light/radio/charger/flashlight has saved my @ss in more than a few power outages now. Hard to get a phone or anything to actually charge off of it but it will charge itself under solar power, the hand crank, or by being plugged in. Nice little radio for listening to while your power is out and lights are SUPER bright and SOS signal is ear-piercingly loud

I am please with the emergency radio. The radio works well and the lighting will be ample in case of a power outage. Also the emergency siren is loud enough to be heard from a far distance. It is light weight easy to carry and small enough to easily store. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is my first emergency radio, so I am not experienced at rating them, but this one looks and acts 5 star. The only thing I have not had a chance to test adequately is the solar recharging, but if it works like the rest of the unit it will be fine.It is a sturdy little device, very light, and everything I have tried -- the flashlight, reading light, radio frequencies, wall recharging, crank recharging, recharging other devices such as a cell phone -- works as advertised.It's light, takes up little room, fits most anywhere, and the bright red color makes it hard to lose track of. I do wish it had a 3.5mm headphone jack, but room is precious in a device like this and I doubt competitors have that jack either. And, like others, I am looking to get a USB-3.5mm converter cable to fix that issue.If you are in the market for one of these devices I doubt you could do better at this price point.

I bought this light 2.5 months ago, charged it in the sun, and it sat on a shelf waiting to be used for 2.5 months. The power in town went out, I grabbed this light, turned it on, and was shocked. With just the medium light, my entire living room, dining room, part of my kitchen, and 2 bedrooms lit up as if I had turned a light on. I'm in deep country and you can't see your hand in front of your face outside, at night. With the medium light only, I could see at least 100 ft all the way around me. The weather band station got me the storm report, and I listened to music on the radio and charged my cell phone for about 30 minutes. This light still had a full charge and gave my cell a charge in even though I was playing games on it the whole time and using the battery. I recommend this handy emergency radio for everyone.

I haven't tested the battery life, or how fast the solar charging works. But so far I have been very happy with this purchase. I had a similar emergency radio (that I gave away) and this one is qualitatively superior for just a few more dollars. The hand crank was easy to use; I would say twice as easy as my last radio. That is a major positive factor. The sound is fine, and the radio stations seemed easy to find; the frequency adjustment was easy. The lights seemed okay, I haven't used them outside yet. All in all, I'm pleased. I just hope it all works as well during out next power outage.

first off this product is super great!! It has battery life and solar panels to use in an emergency! The sound quality on the radio is great!! The way to Access the channels are super easy to understand and flash light is very bright in the dark and in the light. It would work great in power outages or super emergency’s. Hikes or anything outside during late times. In all I totally recommend this product if your looking for an effective flashlight or radio or just something to use in situations where you need all of these things! It’s like a 20 in 1!!!

A great item to have in the house, if for nothing else peace of mind with it's great flashlight, reading light, and solid reception of many, not all radio stations. I live in a terrace level apartment so reception can be compromised, but this radio picks up several but not all FM stations very clearly, better then previous radio I had. This radio is good preparation for any power outages in the future. I did write this review to receive a $20 gift card.

Nice looking unit. Couple of things to mentionThere are 4 lights telling you how charged the battery is (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) I cranked and cranked and cranked and never made it to the 4 lights, only 3. Then I plugged it in and charged it and the 4th light finally lit.It says in the manual that that the unit is not designed to charge your devices (ie phone) on a regular basis. It is made to be used for emergencies only. Why don't they tell you that before you buy?

Gut ausgerüstet für Notfälle

Das Radio ist handlich , praktisch und auch direkt erprobt da ich einen Stromausfall hatte. Da es aber an nötiger Information auf Deutsch fehlte dauerte es eine Weile. Ansonsten bin ich mit den Radio zufrieden und darf für meine Nachbarn gleich nachbestellen.

Die Kurbel ist nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig..... Für Notfälle sollte man sich ein stabiles abschaffen. Zum normalen Campen aber gut geeignet. Ausreichend Licht
