Nightmare on the bike ways
Looks good but doesn’t measure up. The assembly is cumbersome and affects the efficacy of the bike. In order to add the front fender we had to loosen the screws that affected the brakes. Got the fender on and the brakes did not work. After 2 hours of work we got them to work only to find that the rear fender scraped the rear tire. This assembly was factory installed. The bike is a disaster. Returned item. Good riddance

A little disappointed.
Love the bike, except I haven't been able to ride it yet as I assembled the bike pumped up the tires and had it ready to ride the next morning, only to find that the rear tire had a defective inner tube. The air had leaked out overnight.

Cheaply made…you get what you pay for
Didn’t come with all of the necessary hardware for assembly. And after assembly, there are critical parts that won’t stay tightened (like the front wheel and handle bar assembly!). Such a disappointment for my daughter to go for her first bike ride on Christmas morning only to have the wheel and handle bars out of sync.

I love this bike!
My bicycle arrived two days early and I was able to track the progress with the tracking number. My husband was able to put this bike together in about a half-hour. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I needed a step-through bicycle because I'm short and am a senior citizen. I couldn't get on and off my old bike any more. I'd highly recommend this bicycle to anyone. And the seller was great. I'd buy from this seller again. This bicycle exceeded my expectations!
