Works how I had hoped.Not great for carpet, but that's not really what I needed it for. Works for tile, laminate, grout and soap scum.I am using it for my cleaning business, and just wish the cord was a bit longer, it's pretty short.

The Missyee Direct Steam Mop arrived early and package was in exellenct condition. I bought the MisseyDirect because it had all the attachments that I needed, something light and can do more than a floor.Pros: It was well packaged and had no visible damage to the casing.• All the accessories was intact. Nothing missing.Cons:• There is no On and Off switch.• The steam control knob is not located in a good spot -- too low.• There wasn't a switch to spray water. It may have been on the steam control knob which didn't work.• The motor was making a loud noise.• It did not produce.

***Update*** I bought this Mom Dec. 30th 2016. It officially stopped working today. April 8th 2017. I am so madWhile this mop gets pretty hot and does a decent job cleaning the floors. It is cheaply made. It came in with broken clips on the handle. If you put any muscle into scrubbing the floor it feels like its going to snap in half. I used one of the small brush attachments and it melted. The pad completely falls off during use which is aggravating. Its carpet attachment glides nicely but I don't think it does anything in regards to cleaning. Fabric steamer attachment is decent too.I wish I spent the extra money ($20 +/-) and bought a different mop with better reviews. I still end up doing an old school mop job first then I steam clean it.I blame this impulse buy on a 3am amazon binge thanks to my sleepless child 😂

I was a little worried about the reviews but did my own research on it and was sold. Unfortunatly even though it was in a "as seen on TV box" it doesn't mean anything.The water tank looked used, the whole product in itself looks and feels very cheaply made but wanted to try it about anyway.It cleaned my floors, but the tank leaks water when it's stood up right and feels like it'll break if I maneuver it too roughly.

I didn't even use this product. By the time I took it out of the box, I realized it was very cheaply made. Not worth $90 by any means. The water tank looked used and had a small crack in it as well.

Horrible does not work good on tile floor the pad won't stay on. Feels cheap and the cord is too short. I want my money back.

Electric cable is too short. Product a bit flimsy...cheap materials...leaves streaks.

Junk! Really disappointed with the quality of the product.
