My dog needed some surgery to remove a lump from near his armpit. He was not going to tolerate an e-collar so I got this sweater with the hope that it would provide some protection. What I like about this sweater compared to the others is that it has sleeves for the front legs, so it covered his incision side. The sweater is very soft and just the right thickness. A heads up for owners with medium or long-haired dogs, it can be a little tricky to get the zipper zipped and not get the dogs hair caught in the zipper.In regards to sizing, my dog is 70lbs and I did the measurements as described, and the 3XL should have been a perfect fit, but it was very tight around the neck if fully zipped. So I did have to modify this a bit by using a lobster clasp attached to the zipper to hook into what was suppose to be the leash rings, essentially creating a half-zip option. That being said, I am happy I got this sweater. It does look good on him and he was comfortable in it for his two week recovery.

This fits like a glove and my dog likes it. He gets excited when I put it on him. He is a Boston terrier puppy. It is easy to clean. I just throw it in the washer and dryer and it doesn’t shrink. If it ever wears out, I will buy him another.

I was hoping to like this and I did!!! Its a tad big but the pup is still growing so I think he will love it in Montana. I especially like the leash attachment so I don't always have to put a harness on the little guy. Very pleased.

My dog and I both loved this so much I bought him a second one. He’s an older boy and has some issues with stiffness, so he needs sweaters that don’t require the flexibility of a yoga instructor to put on. This is incredibly easy to get on and off and the XL fits him PERFECTLY. He’s 70 lbs with the typical big barrel chest.

I have a hard time finding harnesses for my tripawd 3 legged yorkie because most of them move around too much due to his front leg being amputated. This works great, only downside of course is I won’t be able to use it once the weather warms up.

I got two of these, one for my 9lb mutt and one for my 60lb staffy mix. My mutt is very petite but long and skinny, so it's been hard to find things that she doesn't either slide out of the neck of or that are too baggy on her body to be warm. This fits her perfectly! I won't be using the clips attached to the coat (nothing against this company's clips, I just don't trust clothes clips in general) but it's thin enough that her harness fits over it no problem while still being warm; I got the medium for her. For my staffy mix, she is large and barrel chested, but she's presumed to be mixed with a border collies and she is shorter than the average Staffordshire both in height and length of body. This coat is the first one I've found that fits her chest and neck perfectly!! It is a little too long for her, but not in a way that makes it ridiculous or unusable.

A perfect fit for my mini Australian Cobberdog. She is a smallish longish dog with long legs. Most other coats were either too short on her back, or if they fit her back they were too big in the chest.This one is just right. Typically she's either small or medium (or neither) but this is perfect in XL. My only suggestion would be a 2 way zipper for the back. That would make a harness underneath possible. Not a big fan of walking my pup by her jacket. This will be perfect for an upcoming long flight.

This is such a great Sweater, I just purchased another, same color because my Fawn Female Boxer looks so cute in RED! I don’t know about other dogs but Boxers are so difficult when it comes to sizing because of their large chests. My Girl is only 35 lbs yet I ordered an XL and it fits her great. Easy on and off. Usually the legs openings are so tight in most sweaters, again because of the large chests but this sweater is perfect. It has nice give to it as well. I just washed it yesterday in the machine and laid it on a drying rack to dry. Love it! I would definitely recommend this sweater!

My Frenchie is 17 lbs., and it fit her very nicely. It's thick enough to keep her warm, but not too thick that I have to take it off every time we come indoors.

My pup is between two sizes and its difficult to get him something that fits properly. We got him the small as they said if in-between sizes go up and I am glad I did because I believe the XS would be too small , however it is slightly loose on him, will be good for backyard play and short walks but if he really pumped the breaks I am worried he'd be able to do the great escape.
