Nice soft material and looks great

Bought this carseat last year for my grandson . It never worked properly from day one I put it down to me not doing something properly but no multiple other people have tried . It either doesn't lock at all or it won't stop swivelling. Customer service has been shocking asking me to send videos of the seat not working which I did. To which I got back 2 photos with red circles around buttons that aren't even on this model . When I asked for a replacement they asked for another video which I'm not doing and said the seats are out of stock . I'm not putting my grandson into a faulty carseat. This is not good enough

Car seat is very nice and I really like this seat but sadly I have to send it back because it doesn't sit properly in isofix is wobbly and won't turn at all what should do 360° plus came with missing accessories like cooling mats and cloth cover installation pick. I've sent email to them about missing accessories but they didn't respond. I'm third person who send same seat back as I can see two cutted off labels on a box so I think is something wrong with this seat and noone won't check it only reselling with lower price as opened/damage box. Still wasting time to search new car seat for my boy. I'm giving 3 stars only for really nice design

I bought this car seat last year ready for the arrival of my baby, I loved it to start with but after only 6months of use the swivel has stopped working and my child was swiveling around in the back of the car! So dangerous ! It's stuck and will only lock into forward facing position which is bi good for my young baby! I am really disappointed having paid this much it has broken with only 6months of use ! This is meant to last him. I wouod like a replacement as I have had to borrow a friend's which is he rapidly growing out of. Money is tough so I csnt go and buy a new one.

I order this and stray away had problem to instal isofix. Connect but chair was slide and isofix don’t hold. Very dangers when accidents can be happen.

Wouldn't recommend, this seat only rear faces until 9kg which isn't an ideal weight to turn forward facing. For the price of this seat you could purchase a better known brand that safely rear faces for much longer

I saw this seat after looking at many others and reading all the reviews and even though this at the time had none you could clearly see it was better made within the price range. My 7 month old son likes and the fact it swivels makes loading him up easier. The straps are easy to use and he seems very comfortable even more when he falls asleep. I haven’t found a fault yet and I don’t think I will it’s very well made. The iso fix is super easy to use and takes seconds to get out if needed. All in all for £200 this is a perfect buy that will last my son for all his years of needing one. Also as we have other children they still have plenty of space as the car seat is not as wide as the titanic like some others out there.

I saw this in the top 10 car seats, on best product review. Straight away I loved all the functions and was taken by the pros of this car seat. I did read some reviews for this on Amazon and became a little hesitant. However, yesterday was the first day my daughter tested it out, she is 2 years old, she absolutely loves the seat and seemed to look very cosy in the seat. The reclining position it really good. It was easy to install in our car. Hopefully it lives up to its rating!
