Great little knife, excellent value for the money

Love these but be careful as they are really sharp.

Fits great on chef jackets

Maybe my hand is too small but I find it uncomfortable to pare with this knife. When I hold the knife it seems that the blade starts too far from my hand making it difficult to use. I can cut or slice, but not pare.The blade is very dull for about 1 1/2 inches from the tip.Unless you have a large hand, I would recommend you pass on this set.

This little knife has stayed very sharp and is well designed to fit in my hand.

This is the perfect size for pealing/carving fruits & vegetables. Factory razor sharp & after major usage I can easily hone it back to razor sharpness with a diamond steel.

The steel seems slightly harder than the ultra-cheap generic competitors.Unfortunately, it gets worse from there.The edge is not sharpened well. Less sharp overall, the angle changes near the tip, and the very tip is rounded over. The main bevel (not the edge sharpening) is shorter than several similar brands.The handle is very slippery. The plastic has a dull color and feels like cheap weak/brittle stuff.The blade coating is bright and printed well, but it has random little globs.My guess is they have the blade blanks stamped out of relatively acceptable steel (for a cheap knife), then send it off to a total trash factory to save money on the rest of the process. There is no good justification for a major brand to do this. At least 2 other major brands you would recognize (one Swiss and one Swedish) have modern in-house production to make low cost knives of similar construction with no compromise on actual quality or even appearance.

When I looked at the available options on paring knives, I saw knives that were offered by a well known manufacturer I am familiar with. I decided to order these instead because they are so similar and save me money. I used them & was so pleased! They work great and are super sharp! I would order these again….great purchase!

I don’t have much use of my hands and very little of the right but I can cut with this knife without worrying about cutting myself. The knife itself is beautiful to look at light to hold and has the safety of the sleeve to prevent accidents in the drawer. It does what you want as far as cutting without having to fight with the knife. It comes in red, blue and black and while I love the black in other colours were great too. It even came in a three pack of all colours when I made the purchase which would be a really good buy.

Cheap price for a cheap knife. Edge does not last too long needs A re-sharpen.
