I haven't had it very long but, after a process in which I'm not quite sure what I did, I got the camera up and running. It is waaaay better than I expected for the money and I am pleased. If it doesn't break anytime soon - I will feel like I got an excellent deal.

Works great I use it to monitor my special needs son when I go grocery shopping, I can hear him and talk into it for caregiver the sound quality is poor but works I leave mine unplugged until needed and it fire up as soon as I plugg in ready to go. I use I phone for monitoring

Terrible set up is a nightmare. I started a profile waited 3 hrs for a email then I check spam and there it is in Chinese.. I couldn't read any of it.. the instruction page is the size of a post it pad.. totally useless unless you have superman vision..

The camera works, but the set-up and app is very very very poor.The box looks very different from the app/set up. It is very poor, and doesn't have features just like it shows on the box and description. Btw, the app is in Chinese.

I had it connected to the wifi in minutes. The app installed to my phone in minutes and viewing l.ive video worked like a charm.
