Bought for my home multi-gym to save having to use the supplied bar for every exercise. Very straightforward bar which does the job at a decent price.

Bit thin.
Seems like it might eventually snap, wouldn't use it for chinning. Triceps/biceps ok. Kinda. + Needs a bit of oil or spray for smooth rotation.

Can't trust it, feels like it could break at any moment, rotation is not smooth at all. I have ordered from another brand now.

Not safe
Bought this product a while ago but not used much and never go heavy with it, bar snapped with only 25kg on the cables which is dangerous and supposed to be rated at 440lbs

Good value
We use it with resistance bands and it works perfectly for triceps pull downs or bicep curls.

The bar is good but it’s small but okay to use in the home gym but for the commercial gyms it’s not suitable but otherwise it’s okay and good
