There are only two drawbacks for this product. 1. The cord is just way too short so you're forced to attach an extension cord. 2. The pad for the floor steamer is sub-par quality for this product. It is thin and non-absorbent so the dirty moisture just gets smeared on the floor which makes mopping a must. And, it will not stay attached to the product, the way it is attached just "mimics" Velcro. But, it isn't Velcro so it just continues to fall off or get skewed while mopping. All in all the product performs great, it's just those two little things that if changed, would mean this product would far surpass the leading competition.

I give this product one star beause I cannot give it 0. I recieved the Mop X5 yesterday evening, I got it out of the package and tried the mop on my wood florrs and kitchen vinyl floors, in both cases it left the floors extremely wet. I tried the round nylon brush on my oven door and half way through the job the brush started to fall appart. How can you sell a product that cannot even stand the first try. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I need a hip replacement so mopping floors is very painful. The Steam Mop X5 makes quick work of cleaning the floors and left me still able to move around. It is not heavy and a full amount of water produces enough steam to clean large floors. I did follow the advice of some of the other reviewers and use the lowest setting which works great with no wet spot left on the floors. I am looking forward to cleaning cupboards and windows with the steamer. So far, I love this product and have already recommended it to others.

This machine was great for cleaning until it broke down and stopped steaming. It lasted about a year. Definitely not worth it for the price if it is only meant to last a year. Pretty disappointed especially since I recommended this product to a few people who bought it.

buy the 14 of April has not even 5 months and already burned, it was heated since I bought the cord, I used it only once a week in wood floor, wet too much to be in level 1 that I put it I feel defrauded with this product

My friend enjoys this item.He states it makes his home feel sanitized

complete junk! highly unsatisfied! only got to use it on my floors maybe 4 times and it was so flimsy the bottom broke off! save your money its junk!

this product does not do well and it is cheap made. sorry just don't like it. i wish i tried it sooner i would have sent it back
