Very handy for jobsite notes!
I carry one of these in my hipbelt to jot notes at work. I like that they can get wet, never smear (at least not yet), and come in lots of sizes. The covers are tough, so they won't die before the notebook is used up. Handy enough that if I leave it in the van, I'll go back and get it. A simple product that is well done!

Better than a rifle stock "cheat sheet"
I have multiple rifles and multiple optics for different hunting and seasons and some for day, night, etc. Enter 4 scopes, 3 rifles, ammo (sub sonic, super sonic, etc.) Some interchangeable and you have a memory nightmare.... I was having a hard time remembering subtensions of some optics with the guns (especially digital ones with the fancy sights!), along with drops of some ammo. Bought this pad to write in all the different scope sights (rough sketches) and bullet drops to each rifle, sight, etc. This pad has worked perfect for that. I have it outside at the range or hunting, I don't have to worry about the humidity, sweat, or occasional rain. With a full pad, I even put in the dimension of targets and animals I hunt for distance reading on my scopes. You can memorize alot, but sometimes not all!!! Perfect for more than just a taped on rifle stock "cheat sheet". A few hours of homework and writing in this, and I'm confident where my 22lr round lands, subsonic or regular, same scope, I'll also tell you how to sight it that scope to my 308 and flip of the page tell you where those will land at what distance!! A perfect little book for any range shoother or hunter.

The most durable pocket notebooks available. I tried them all.
I have been using these top spirals for over a year. I bought 10 of them, and am only on number 3! They are the most durable notebooks around. I tried moleskin, field notes, off brands of field notes and moleskins and even off brands of RITR. None compare. Not even close. The one on the left has been used for about 3 months and is halfway full. I am a regional fisheries program manager and use them in the field all the time, especially in inclimate weather or just plain ol in the middle of the rivers/lakes. I use multiple different covers in my EDC rotations, and sometimes none at all. I have these things stashed everywhere. My EDC pack, my truck, my jackets, my fishing gear, my hunting gear, my bug out bags, my get home bags, etc etc... I bought 10 for a reason! Overall, I highly recommend this product. You will not find a better notebook.... unless you are looking at the RITR Top Bound (No. 778)... because that is a new one and instead of top spiral, it is tear away top bound, thick with pages, and an amazing notebook. Once I am done with these top spiral ones, I am going to the 778 as my go to notebook. I already bought 10 but am forcing myself to use the top spirals until they are gone ;)

Good product! 3 individual is cheaper than a 3-pack
I've used RITR notebooks for geocaches, and I bought 3 of these for new geocaches I am hiding. I think it is important that caches have good sturdy logbooks that aren't ruined if water gets into the cache. It's not much fun to find a cache with a logbook that is nothing but pulp. RITR is the best solution at an affordable price. I can't give 5 stars, however, because I am disappointed about the pricing scheme. An individual one is $3.95, which is $11.85 if you buy three. A three-pack, which is the default option, is $13.75. I think this is poor marketing, and I'm glad I noticed that before ordering so I didn't waste money by buying the 3-pack rather than adding 3 individual ones to the cart!

Durable & Reliable For Use Anytime
I bought this product for use daily as I travel to conduct home-based work with families. Spills, rain, a dropped notebook, all have held up which is pretty amazing as previously I would ruin notebooks and lose important information due to lack of durability when traveling. This notebook has been extremely useful. It is the perfect size for anyone in need of a notebook for quick notes in the moment, no matter where you are. There were a ton of color choices as well. I opted for black as it blends in and I can take it out quickly to use without attention drawn to it which is helpful to me. Being environmentally conscious, I also appreciate all the materials are recyclable. While the company stresses pencils or all-weather pens, I was able to use regular pens as well and they worked fine, I also did not find any smudging when the elements got the notebook damp which was nice. Overall this is a great notebook for anyone on the go, needing something on hand for whatever may arise.

A truly all-weather notebook
The paper in these notebooks truly can be used in the rain with no problem, yet there is no need for a special pen, and of the dozen or so I tried work just fine (at least when the paper was dry). Easy to tear out a page to give to someone, the paper is nice and strong, and reasonably thick. These are great for EDC, though for a pocket you're probably better off with the 3" x 5" notebook. I tested a page by writing on it then holding it under a pouring faucet for about 30 seconds. After, the paper was still good and strong, though the water repellent qualities were diminished a bit. It was actually a bit soggy after that, but it dried just fine with no major wrinkling. If you plan to write on this in an actual rainstorm, you will need a pen that's capable of working well even when wet. I imagine a Fisher Space Pen would do the trick.

Perfect EDC - Completely Upgraded My Workflow
This notebook has completely changed my workflow for the better. I used to have a slightly bigger notebook with regular paper that I kept in my backpack that I brought with me out to the field; the compactness and durability of this thing meant I felt comfortable keeping it in my pocket and breaking it out in any environment, and that tiny difference had made taking quick notes an easy, integrated part of my workflow. If someone says something of note, or I have a random idea, I can quickly take it out of my pocket (I recommend pairing it with an equally compact pen like the Fisher Space Pen as shown in my picture) and jot it down without having to go through my backpack. May seem like a minute difference, but it was definitely enough to lower my threshold for how "important" something had to be for me to take out a notebook and write it down. I've already gone ahead and bought a multipack of these notebooks because I know that they're going to be an integral part of my workflow moving forward.
