Good stuff
Firstly, dislike the flavour a lot. It tastes like you're sucking a stick of white school chalk. Get it down as fast as possible. I've got 4 products from this brand, all claim to be vanilla flavour. I add all of them to a glass, add water and then chin as fast as I can. I asked my doctor about ways to speed my metabolism up because my fibromyalgia and AS mean I'm no longer mobile really so not burning much off in the way of calories. She advised to try a probiotic. Being vegan the yoghurt options are limited so I thought I'd try these for gut health. I was bloated and gassy for the first 3 days but after that I've been fine. I've not had any signs of ibs since I started taking this. All good except the taste, which could definitely be more vanilla than chalky and the cost makes you shriek inside especially if you're using the recommended 2 a day. Keep your biome healthy and digest your food as fast as you can with these. Definitely have a much more settled stomach with my ibs from fibromyalgia when taking these so I shall continue.

Improvement in IBS symptoms
This product seems to be competing with VSL #3, however, it contains significantly less bacteria per packet and the amount of powder is less.While VSL it's around £2/day, if I purely considered the quantity of bacteria then this should be less than 2p/packet. Unfortunately the price is no longer listed on Amazon so I can't compare on price, but I do expect that this will sell for closer to £1/packet which, by itself, would seem reasonable.Now I'm not going to go into the science of this product, but I will say that this is a product that you will feel working on just a few days, as you may experience gas, bloating and uncomfortable dude effects while your guy gets used to the bacteria.My experience was fairly pleasant and I've had an improvement in IBS symptoms and overall bowel health (which I won't go into).The supplement is packed in individual portions in a card box which I store in the fridge. The prefer can be mixed with water or a cold drink, but I prefer to mix it into my high fiber cereal as this lessens the taste.The taste isn't bad and is much more palatable then VSL#3, but I still wouldn't choose to drink this if I could.I would definitely recommend this if the price is £1/portion or less, but probably not if it was more expensive.

Easy To Use Delivers Three Billion Colony Forming Units (CFU).
I'm a great believer in this type of product.After many years I had established a really good gut culture only to have new doctor proscribe and anti biotic which seem to kill all my good gut bacteria.Since them I have tried a few solutions with mixed success.TheseKlaire Labs Ther-Biotic seem well worth a try.Firstly they allow you to deliver the bacterial biotic strains to your gut. The cultures are protected by a technology that guarantees the stability and survival of the strains through your digestive tract.In all they deliver an amazing three billion colony forming units (CFU) in each sachet.The sachets have eight different types of CFUs. These are B. lactis W52, B. lactis W51, E. faecium W54, L. acidophilus W22, L. paracasei W20, L. plantarum W21, Lc. lactis W19, and L. salivarius W24.You need to take the sachets mixed in 100cls of warm water or milk and taken first thing in the morning or last thing at night to maintain maximum success.The flavour is Vanilla and is not too bad,Recommended.

Premium quality formula - to promote good gut health...
Made in the Netherlands, this compactly sized pack contains 30 sachets of Ther-Biotic Adult, a food supplement designed to promote good gut health. Inside is a blend of 8 strains of live bacteria cultures including Lactococcus - suitable for vegetarians with no artificial colourings or preservatives.The pack I received had a long Best Before date of the end of May 2023, the product does shout 'premium quality'. On basis of the one sachet per day recommended serving, the pack should last around a month. A sachet needs to be mixed with 100ml of milk or lukewarm water. I don't like milk so have been taking it with water. I don't dispute it being 'easy' to make - but for me, despite its vanilla flavour, it wasn't what I'd call 'delicious'.But this is a small point. I'll carry on taking it. I must say I never really expect this kind of supplement to taste delicious - and no pain, no gain right? Klaire Labs Ther-Biotic Adult is not cheap at £28.70 at time of writing - but the quality appears to be excellent and each sachet contains no fewer than 3 billion CFUs (Colony Forming Units). And there are 8 different CFUs per sachet.If you're keen to improve your gut health - whether you've been taking antibiotics and it's suffered or for whatever reason - I believe Klaire Labs' product would be a very good one to try. And perhaps, taken with milk it may taste better.
