Tastes great!
No caffeine, no sugar. Mixes completely and tastes great cold. I drink some everyday since it is convenient and priced much lower than buying the liquid form.

"How about a nice Hawaiian Punch?"
There's not a whole lot you can say about a powder drink mix except whether or not it is good. Well, this Hawaiian Punch Powder Drink Mix is good! I've been drinking it occasionally for a number of years now, and the last time I looked for it in my normal store, it wasn't there. Amazon came through again with a pack of 12 with 8 in each pack (96 packets), so I will be set for a while. I normally don't like sugar-free products, but this drink mix is an exception. If you like Hawaiian Punch, want the convenience of a pre-measured packet, and don't want sugar, this is for you.

Side-by-side taste test
At first, I was afraid to try the "new" Lemon Lime Splash because of bad reviews. People were saying it was awful & that they were throwing it in the trash. But I disagree! It's not as good as the original formula, but it's a decent tasting drink. The original formula was made with Aspartame and the new one is made with Sucralose. Luckily I had some original ones left over from a prior purchase, so I was able to taste them side by side:The original one is the best. It's too bad they don't make it anymore. It had a bit of a "tart" flavor, along with the sweetness. I wouldn't describe it as sour... it's just a great tasting lemon lime drink.Upon tasting the new formula, I immediately noticed a hint of that "Gatorade flavor" which threw me off. But you'll get used to it. It tastes like it has a LITTLE bit of chemical additives, but it's really not that bad. It's good! I certainly wouldn't throw it away or anything. It's my new favorite flavor, I drink it all the time now. Both the old and new formulas are strong; they have a "bold" taste that would work well in a 20oz bottle of water, as well as the (recommended) 16.9oz.The Hawaiian Punch drink mixes are prone to "clumping," much more so than Wyler's or Crystal Light. Be sure to shake well.Lemon Lime is my favorite flavor, and I have tried several brands. This new formula gets 4 stars, while I would rate the old version 5 stars if it was still available. In comparison, I would rate the Sunkist Lemon Lime singles 2 stars, and the 7up powder and the Water Drops by Sweet Leaf (liquid) one star. Those taste like Alka Seltzer, and doubling the dose doesn't make it much better.Bottom line is, the new formula tastes a lot sweeter than the old one, and has a bit of a chemical flavor. But it's not bad at all.

Love this stuff!
I kept an ocean spray ruby red grapefruit juice bottle to put this stuff in. It takes 3 of the packs to make a fairly potent mix for 60oz. The instructions suggest using 4... but that was total overkill.I'll be ordering more of this soon. It's nice to have a second sugar free option in the refrigerator when I want something to drink.

Healthy alternative to carbonated drinks
I've been buying this for years and lately have not been able to find it in the grocery stores or Dollar Tree. It costs a bit more to buy here, but it is still cheaper than soda. I heat a cup of water in the microwave and stir 3 flavor packets into it and add that to a gallon of chilled water. I cool the cup before adding it to the glass pitcher and it all melts without that residue you get otherwise. It's a sugar free formula that has plenty of flavor and Vitamin C. I've only tried the red punch version and have no need of the other flavors. I highly recommend!
