This product works well. Box appeared to be damaged during shipping, but only contained 49 individually sealed pills. With that in mind, the box was probably opened prior to shipping.

I have ordered this item twice. The price and the service can't be beat. I have sinus problems and this really helps me.

We take this advil sinus medicine every day…We didn’t know we could buy this online in such a big version now that we do this is what will be ordering for now on it’s got to the point where you cannot find the boxes the 20 pack in the stores anymore thank goodness for Amazon and the people that sell those that we can buy it online in such a big version so yes we did buy this yes we will be buying this again I highly recommend it also we like the part that is single packages and it’s easy to get into .

Advil cold and sinus have been my go too cold medicine since I seen it in the pharmacy. It’s hard to find the liquid gel kinds which I swear by but these do the same thing.

Consistently lowest cost per dose over the years. Recently saw a box that looked the same for much less and bought it. Turned out to have only 25 doses (and it was described that way, but I've been buying this so long I get on auto pilot and the box of individual packets had only come in 50 dose size) just a reminder to double check what you're buying even if it is an old standby.
