The product is good value for money with strong and sturdy built. Look is also good. Satisfied with delivery and installation too.

Sofa was looking good but softnes isn't expected level it's disappointing.. They used good fabric for outer line and quality was awesome. If they would have increased softness it could have been great buy ..👍

The media could not be loaded.  I am using this sofa for the past 3 months and I am getting very very good Vibes not only that I also feel that it's very comfortable and also very good for the back the cusion and the material used is very good and high quality, I recommend five stars to this product

The media could not be loaded.  Background:I don’t usually write long reviews for products purchased online. In other words, i am normally satisfied with decent value for money for the items/services purchased. But this particular buying experience has forced me into writing this just so that it may help save someone else’s time and money.Experience: i had ordered this sleepyhead sofabed on 19th Oct. the expected delivery date was 30th Oct. the delivery delayed by 9 days and finally on 8th Nov i came home after office to see this huge package with all damaged corners lying at my front door. No one contacted regarding delivery, no otp was shared.I received a message from some random number asking for photos of the package. They introduced themselves as the logistics partner for this order. I shared the pictures of damaged package. Then they asked me to contact sleephead to raise complaint for damaged package. Since then i had been trying to reach sleepyhead through their customer service number and through amazon platform regarding two issues. 1. Damaged package, 2. Installation services. They asked me to wait for 2 days every time I contacted them. Stalling through days they asked me time till 20th Nov, then 24th Nov. I had to wait for 16 days to get this sofabed installed. The package was lying in my room taking up all the space all this time. The description says installation services provided within 48hrs of delivery.Talking to sleepyhead agents was a real headache. Incompetent people making statements like “we are not responsible for installation, our logistics partner is”. I had to deal with all these different parties, ie, amazon, sleepyhead, logistics partner to get this thing installed. The issue of damaged package and exposed corners of the product during delivery is still not addressed.It was a real pathetic experience.Product quality is average.

This sofa bed from Sleepyhead looks neat and is sturdy. It's value for money and is very comfortable too. I chose this because of the extra height it provides over other brands. My parents use it as a sofa mostly and need the extra height for ease in sitting and getting up. I recommend this for people with knee and back pain issues. Converting to a bed needs some effort though. Also the circular padding provided at the bottom of the legs came out in a day or two. Not sure if they were temporary or permanent and if there will be any issues in using the sofa without the padding.

I have ordered 2 sofas one for my house and one for my parents. The sofa which came to my house had issue in one of its leg but the installation guy raised a complaint and ended up fixing it. The second one which came was of wrong color but my mother liked it so we decided to keep it. The one in my house is gray I like that one more than the one which my parents bought in terms of color. In terms of leg design the new one seems to better and more upright and steady. It's a little high and alot study. Looks like they have made good improvements in two years. This was a good buy.

Good to use as Sofa and bed both.Having confortable experience after 2month of usage.

While installing the sofa legs, one of the screws could not be fixed as the hole in the sofa did not align to the leg piece. Also, the Allen key screws were difficult to screw in with the Allen key, due to the angle of the leg position. It took a great deal of time and effort by the assembly crew to screw it in. Quality control checks must be done before product dispatch!
