Johnny Tractor's Fun Farm Day (John Deere (Running Press Kids) Board book – February 28, 2006

It's a great small board book with pages that are easy for my 14 month old to turn. He has severely damaged other less substantial board books. The images on the page are simple and clear. I point the the basket of apples and say "apples" and he points to another basket of apples. This books talks about colors. eg. "The apples are red. What other things do you see that are the color red?"

My son loves the Johnny Tractor series. And they are so easy to read after reading a couple of times to him he can read most of it himself and he is only two.

If you are looking for a nice, sturdy book--- this is it! Fun story and great pictures hold the attention of a 2 year old who loves tractors very well!

this was my grandson's favorite book of all the ones he received for Christmas. He loves tractors and likes to make up his own stories from the pictures sometimes and this book will allow for that. great book.

I bought the Johnny Tractor series for my son 25 years ago, and was thrilled to find them for my grandson. These are heavy duty cardboard books that will stand up to the abuse of a 1 year old. My only disappointment is that Johnny Tractor is now called "J.T." in the books.

My Great Grandson (13 months old) spent over an hour turning the pages and "reading" to himself with this book and another Johnny tractor book. He loves having them read to him!! What a great starter for little boys. K Zundel

Colors not accurate - is supposed to be a learning colors book for toddlers. Returned it.

Another great John Deere book. This one teaches about colors on the farm. Not too many words, good for busy ones who don't sit still long.
