I’m still trying to figure out the straps on it but it’s well made and comfortable so far. A little big for me but that’s no issue. Love it.

A friend made a comment about how they fell in love with this jacket. Took a slight size adjustment and they had it back in a week. Proper size and fitting wonderfully.

I know this runs a bit small and a 4xl fits me for hight and broadness so i got the 5xl just to be sure and it is tight a bit short and the shoulders are too tight , cant cross my arm , good quality though

Ok so to start off, the coat itself is a little large my chest but a little tight on my shoulders. As I inspected it I found a lot of loose threads where it was tied off to finish the seams just never cut off the extra, I had to do that myself. The quality is a little better then I thought. But for the same amount i paid i feel like it could be better quality. the fabrics are half decent and it doesn't look like it's about ready to come apart. On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate the coat 3. The retailer could have done a better job with communicating to me though. I bought it on September 20th. Amazon informed me I'd get it by October 3rd. I just received it yesterday October 16th. I will give credit where its due but when the product was going to arrive late a email telling me so by the company would have been welcomed. Since they had used international shipping, the company should have provided me with tracking number off the bat. I had to ask in a email for that. They did respond by sending me the tracking number but failed to inform me of the shipping service they used, again Amazon told what service they used. When I emailed them again on October 13 asking where my item is. I got a response of the item is nearly there could you wait a few more days. What should have happened was a email saying something like we are sorry its going to be late, here is the tracking information. And after my last email should have said something like we are sorry its so late, would you like use to call the transport service and ask whats the delay for you? Or anything to adress why the package is late, maybe offer some like a discount or maybe a partial refund. I am not likely going to ordering from this company again because of the lack of communication. If I had not emailed them the first time around, I wouldn't have had any idea of what's going on.

I bought this for a costume for Halloween. not only was it late but it was also too small to wear comfortably. I have been trying to return it but the sender will not accept any request to do so.
