This armband comes in handy during the dark months of the year. I personally prefer using one of the running lights (I have both types that Avanto Lifestyle sells), but this is perfect for my toddler. She loves to have what mommy has and now she has her own band that can go around her strider. She is quite visible in the darkness; I posted several pictures and a video. The quality is not the best, but it is hard to capture a toddler in action, lol. The armband comes with a spare battery that was inside the armband. My toddler also likes playing Master Jedi with the armband, although the inner band does fall out at that point - needless to say it is not a lightsaber! (But try and tell a toddler that, haha.)Price is affordable since there are two of them in the package.

I think these are 80 out of 100 good to go. The design is OK and the light weight of the things are great, you don't notice them on your arms. They are bright on the battery side, and visible on the other end, though not bright. I haven't sweat bad enough to cause any problems. I'm generally happy with itThere is a part at the end that curls pretty hard and basically means it fit at your wrists unless you have tiny arms. The watch battery is understandable, but I am not sure it is a great design choice as the battery isn't sealed from the weather.I hope this is a first pass for this product and is raising money for a v2, that is softer material, weather resistant, and rechargeable. I would probably take another chance on that product.

The instructions say to remove the spare battery, which is located behind the battery housed in the operating position. But the housing cannot be removed, hence the spare battery cannot be accessed. Worse yet, since the housing cannot be removed, the battery in the operating unit can never be replaced. So once the battery dies the unit is useless. I contacted the seller, so far no response.

With a description that includes "Reflective Arm Bands for Runners", I expected some reflective material along the entire band. But only the logo text is printed with reflective material, and the writing is very thin, not really what I was expecting. The light itself works well, but I wanted something that will also be visible if the battery runs down.

One band would not light almost impossible to find and remove spare batteries.. zero user manual on how to find and remove batteries…. The circuit is exposed and will get wet and not work…. Junk!
