I've been taking these for a while and reap the benefits. However, my mum who has FT Dementia was real sick with infections back in Oct. Hospitalised twice and it wasn't looking good. I started her on 2 of these in the morning mixed in with her porridge and honestly, she's like a new woman. No more infections, she is more alert, content, in no pain and interacts with family again. It's important to note we are also on an organic diet about a year now. not noticing any health improvements so far after a good month or so of using these but will continue taking them as heard great things about seamoss . although I've been told that the raw gel version of seamoss is a lot more noticeable fairly fast health impact wise then any of the tablet forms of sea moss. might try get the gel out after finishing this tub jus so I can compare
