Go to "Network Settings" and select "WiFi" 7. Select the correct SSID and enter in the WiFi password (The wifi should support 2.4 G band) 8. Once you get a green check mark next to the SSID, you can go and unplug the ethernet cable from the monitor and enjoy. This is the same exact product also sold under the Big Time smart cam brand name. They both use the YooSee app.You MUST install YooSee app to use this product.-Installation instructions look to be written by someone who doesn't speak English at all. Moreover the instructions were worse than a bad google translation.-Phone app always ran in the background, draining the battery of the phone.-Some actions on phone app require double tap (just poor usability made me question the reliability of the device and the app)-Phone app has terrible reviews (at the time of this writing, YooSee app had 3 stars on Play Store and 2 stars on App Store)-PC app's default instructions are in Chinese.-PC app video was in a dark blue tint which made everything invisible, despite being day timeOverall, this product did NOT inspire confidence so I returned it.

DO NOT BUY
I wish I could give this 0 stars. Tried to return to the company and they DID NOT RESPOND to Amazons request to return! Now I'm stuck with this POS and I have to purchase another monitor out of pocket on top of the additional baby items we still need. Terrible customer service.We spent a ton of time trying to set up and trouble shoot this monitor to only have it not work. To connect to the router is pointless when the router is in a completely different part of the house.I have never written a review but felt compelled to do so and advise other parents to be to steer clear of this device.

Buy something else
Poor product. Save your money and buy something else. Worked for about 5 minutes then couldn't get it to work again. Audio works but video does not. Not easy to set up. Cheap product from China. Directions are hard to follow. Disappointed in my Christmas gift. :-(
