Works great and easy to use!
The media could not be loaded. It is easy to use…just put battery(which I hope it has one already), download the app, connect the bluetooth, turn on the Shelfystand and turn on the app…and u can start taking photos/videos!My daughter loves doing vlogs…and this one will really help her. She is usually shy when other’s watching her when she does it. But now, she can video herself without my help and she can be herself! When the stand/camera couldn’t find you…just show your face again, or even move where the camera can capture you and it will move to your direction! plus the quality of the video is nice…I think the app has a little filter 😁

Waste of time and money, totally useless
Turned the device on, it kept on spinning around and around. If it gets around to tracking, it will only want to broadcast what's on the phone. On camera mode, it will snap and broadcast a picture every 3 seconds--whether you like it or not--and you can't find those pictures (probably in the Chinese Government's database). It will not allow video recording. The instruction was in broken English and difficult to follow. Essentially, this product is just an expensive phone holder. Amazon needs to take it off its website. Apple should remove the app from its app store.

Used! Not new.
This was advertised as new. The seal to the box was broken, the bag containing the stand was ripped open, and two pieces were under the bag at the bottom of the box. This was clearly used! Now it’s listed as unavailable and it’s a Christmas gift.

Did not work got partial refund
It would not track no matter what I tried. You know what a hassle sending it back is. Then I only got a partial refund. Not worth it to tack a chance on getting one that works.

I ordered three of these- all for gifts! so i have no idea how it works or what it does exactly! but it looked like the coolest thing ever and i am very excited to give them as gifts!!

Was sent a generic version that did not work.
It is hard to write a review on this particular product as I was sent a generic version that did not work. Once you turned it on it just kept spinning around and around. I did not respond to the app.

Really fun and easy to use
My buddy was with me when my SNAPSHOT ShelfyStand was delivered to my door. It works really well and the tracking feature does a great job of keeping your face centered on the screen. We had a lot of fun making silly movies and acting like fools!My friend was so impressed with it, he asked to "borrow" it a few days later, but now I don't think he's gonna give it back! >:-( Well, I guess that's a testament to how fun this thing is to mess around with!

Avoid - Application is awful.
The product came fine - no issues whatsoever. It's the application that you must use with the device that is the major issue.The application crashes every 5-10 seconds. Despite not doing anything it will still crash (literally just load the app and it crashes)I read so many people had issues pairing the device ; I didn't have that problem but without the application the device was useless itself.

Great device!
The selfystand is really useful, specially when used within the app for recording videos and taking photographs. The face tracking works well and even if you go out of range for a moment, it catches up when you come back. Would be nice if the battery was included :p
