Perfect for my 7 year old!
Great, great, great product! Worked right out of the box - no initial charging needed. My son loved the steering wheel remote instead of the typical trigger remotes on other cars. This was an additional upgrade that set this particular RC car apart from others. Doors operating remotely - super cool! Car runs fast and easy to control - even for Mom! Only con for me is that siren and sounds come from the remote itself instead of the car. Although the sounds are nice and loud and good quality - not coming from the car itelf didn't bother my son at all. Overall a fabulous product! Worth the extra money for the upgrades! Would definitely buy again!

This car is awesome!
Purchased for my son for Christmas, it’s a really neat car. Siren, butterfly doors, tail lights and headlights light up, it goes pretty fast and gives them that feeling of being a driver with the steering wheel! It doesn’t include batteries, you will need 9 AA batteries for this!

Nice toy
Nice toy. It's a little hard to get used to, because the controls are different than most RC cars. Instead of moving a throttle lever forward and back, this one has a forward/neutral/reverse lever and a brake button. You have to push the brake button to make it stop and let off to make it go. It only has one speed. Was a little tricky for a 5 year old, but he is a quick learner and liked playing with it.

Super fun toy but front windshield came cracked when opened the box
Super fun toy! Bought this for our 4 year old boy for Christmas. When we got it out of the box the windshield was cracked right down the center in a triangle shape. As if someone stepped on it and still boxed it up. Super disappointed about that. In regards to the toy itself though, It has open and shutting doors that can be manually opened or opened with the remote. Real working lights and noises to go along with it. The remote is like an actual steering wheel. It takes a bit to figure out and was a bit much for our 4 year old but our 11 year old twins loved this! Hoping no one else gets a broken car on delivery bc it's a great gift for kids maybe more around the ages of 7 and up. But again, younger ones can get the hang of it. It can just get a bit frustrating at first for them bc it's a lot to figure out.

Giving it 5 ( must read !!!! )
My son absolutely loves remote controlled cars. That’s why when I seen this I knew instantly this is the one to buy… why!? My son has had many remote control cars and they are all just about the same.. this product was created with someone thinking outside the box and made a whole new system as to how the car is controlled! Love it! Love the steering wheel style remote. Love the shifter on it makes it feel like your really operating a real car. Love how the doors open and also the police sirens and lights! Here is the bad part!!! Just kidding but!! Like my son who is used to the standard type of remote control cars, when he tried this he was having difficulty learning how to use it, it’s not easy to operate but only because you need to train your mind and In my sons case retrain. Not good for indoors!

Great starter remote control item for a child that is well built and easy to operate.
Bought this for a 7th birthday present for my son. It arrived well packaged and upon opening it he loved it. After charging the battery he played with it for some time. Loved the opening doors, the motor sound and siren, gear shifter and had no difficulty in maneuvering it in turns. It is well made with a heavy plastic and can take an occasional bang into walls or other objects without damage. It would be nice if a second set of rechargeable batteries was supplied so one could charge while using the other. Wrote to the email address on the box to find out how to buy an additional set of batteries and if they had a web site. Would suggest they include their web site on the box as they have a lot of interesting other remote control items available. Would recommend this for any child as it is not difficult to use at all,Remote Control Police Car, 4D Motion Gravity and Steering Wheel Control, 1:12 Scale, 2.4Ghz, with Lights, Sirens, Powered Doors, (TR-911)

Car DRAINS the batteries FAST beware!!
The car is nice and when one asks for a police car that is remote control this is exactly what you get it's low profile so it cannot be used anywhere there is any obstruction in the way of any kind including a very flat ethernet line that should have been drove over easily impaired this car drastically both front and rear wheels could not go over a flat ethernet cord that is just as flat as a board buyer beware! Second is it sucks the battery life out of any battery you put in it rechargeable or otherwise I bought the expensive ones I bought the cheaper ones which I call Duracell and Energizer expensive and cheap I don't put cheaper batteries in anything I've also tried my Duracell rechargeables and it sucks the battery life fast on the vehicle not on the remote itself you get about 20 minutes play before the car drags drastically on five batteries just be where you need to buy a load of batteries for the little one to have any kind of fun with this vehicle. Otherwise everything works as described it looks as described it was tricky learning the two methods which are underneath the car one line means it has to sit down and actually be driven manually and two lines means that you can lift it up and do it in the air though that's difficult for a little one to learn since it's difficult for me. But the other way is just fine. If you take it outside you better hope there's no pebbles in the way because that's exactly all it's going to take to put this one at a complete stop otherwise it's pretty nifty little ride for the little ones to have fun with I had an 8-year-old request a police car that was remote control and this is the best I could find anywhere but lo and behold it's going to drain your wallet with battery battery battery just remember lots of batteries! And a child under eight this is pretty fast for a kid so be careful about that too otherwise this is a really great car I just wish it had to rechargeable batteries and I'm not even sure if we can put batteries in it that are rechargeable that's going to make any kind of difference. I found a better one on Walmart.com at last minute a couple of days late though for Christmas but it is what it is I'm sending this one back cost too much with batteries. Hear me when I say the cost for the batteries is going to eat you alive!!!! It's asking for a video or photo the photos that come with the description of the vehicle is top notch it's right on cue there's nothing I could show you that's any different
