The item was delivered when promised and out looked exactly like the picture. I have worn them several times but haven't noticed any changes, as of yet. I've walked up and down stairs and worn them while cooking dinner, after about 30 minutes i have to remove them. I'll have to do some research on this product to see what's suppose to take place. Not unhappy with the product, i actually enjoy wearing them after being on my feet for ten hours.

At first, painful to walk on but, after a few days of gently easing into them you won't regret this purchase. My feet feel so relaxed now after having them for only two weeks. I use them everyday for about 10-15 mins and boy am I happy. When I was a boy, my mother used to have a pair of shoes similar to these; I loved them back then as I do now. The only set back I've noticed is, that the bands could be a bit stronger. They seem a little flimsy for my taste but, it's a little thing compared to the result that these shoes bring to your feet. Nope! I cannot wear these. They are far too painful to deal with, and I can’t wear them long enough to get used to them. Returning

I usually do not take the pains to write a review.In this case, I am so happy that I decided to write one :) Especially since this seems to cure my diabetes related problems.I literally started with one minute per day and now I am doing 5 minutes a day (after about 2 weeks) and already see massive improvement with my soles.regards

Painful to walk on these inset stones.

Once ur feet gets use to the sandals. They help alot with pain relief in the feet and legs. And keeps the body balance. Planning on buying another pair

These did a better job than I ever imagine possible! Purchased one for every family member so we would never need to cause a fight again! Highly recommend!
