Convenient to help me with carb cycling I placed them on my refrigerator for quick access headings easy to read and find what your looking for Not everything is on it but most of the common things are doesn’t take a lot of my refrigerator I would have been ok with them being smaller but I’m sure others might have trouble reading it them magnets seem strong looks like these will last along time

Just what I needed, a colorful organized grouping, and listing of some basic keto foods with a breakdown of size, carbs, fats, proteins and calories. I'm inspired to make changes to my diet especially when I walk pass, or open the frig door where my MAGNETIC cards are displayed.

The keto cheat sheet adhere nicely to my frig and the print is large enough that I don't have to squint to see. Overall great quality and awesome reminder of a healthier lifestyle.

The cards have everything you need to know on a food item. Calories ,!carbs, fats ,protein. There was one more card which is the vegetable. I accidentally didn’t put it up

All the cards I received are perfect and stick to the fridge well. The only issue I have is that I received two vegetable cards and no drinks/beverages card!!!!)

I like these and they are good quality. My issue is that instead of the set of 9, I only received 8. The vegetables one was missing from my order.
