Small is an Understatement
I realize the size of the book is in the description, but the pictures do not prepare you for how small the spaces on the inside are on which you record information. Terrible. I gave them away and just made my own using an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch 3-ring binder, mini hole punch, and free printable journal pages I found through a Google search. It's too bad because these tracking pages had just what I wanted to record.

Helps keep you accountable
This book has helped me stay focused on my diet and exercise routine. It is somewhat time consuming to take it to the gym and write each activity as I do them, but it’s great to plan ahead of time. Half of the book is excersise, and half is for diet. Flipping back in forth is kind of a pain too instead of having it all by each day, but overall Im glad I bought it.

Tiny tool, but quite helpful
This is easily portable, easy to use and to help keep you on track. You have to be able to and enjoy writing in tiny script, but there is something satisfying about that. It is compact and concise and makes tracking your eating more enjoyable and simpler.

Would be perfect if it was a little bigger
It's a nice journal, but I thought the book would be a little bigger. It will fit in your pocket, that's about it. I need more room to write everything in. I can't say it's bad though, it has a lot of good info and shows you how to log everything.

Great Workout/Nutrition Measure
Love this. Exactly what I needed although I wish the outside was hard cover as being in the gym it can easily get warped by sweat or water

Okay, but could be better.
Great idea, but tiny and has the nutrition and workout separate. YOu have to thumb through different areas each day. It would be nice to open up to a day and have both there.

Love this gym book and how you can add both fitness and nutrition data, especially for macro based fitness

Good, but could be great
So far so good, it’s a pad of paper, so obviously it will get dog eared etc, especially if you chuck it in your gym bag like me. The size is good too, any bigger and it will become awkward to carry around whilst training. Only complaint is that the front and back covers could be made of a more durable material.The sections to fill out are the best part of this, although I do not use the food diary as there are much better apps which are much more convenient. It’s good having this with you rather than a phone in the gym, as I enjoy that 60-90 minutes phone free when working out!

Too small
Purchasing the Gympad, I knew it wasn't going to be small as it stated in the title, but was expecting at least an A5 sized journal. Honestly far too small, which is a shame because the content of the gympad seems pretty good, but when it can fit in my hand with hand showing around all the book just dissatisfied me! Make it bigger please, I honestly know I would feel embarrassed using it! I apologise for the harsh criticism but honestly, had it have been bigger it would have been great

The food and exercise sections are in completely different parts of the book. It would be better if it was combined onto one page for each date.
