I just received this Shilajit resin today and tried it right away. Even after the first use, I noticed a noticeable boost in my energy and overall focus. This is my first experience with shilajit resin. I cannot compare it to other brands, as this is the only one I have tried. What I can share, is my personal experience with this particular resin. Most noticeable was my nearly immediate increase in energy. The first couple times I used this product, I dissolved it into hot breakfast tea. As the day progressed, I noticed that I wasn’t struggling with the usual brain fog. After a few days of promising results, I decided to try dissolving it under my tongue (sublingual). I was impressed that within 10 minutes, I felt energy and motivation that I have lacked for many months. I few years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with injuries to my head, face, and brain. Ever since the accident, I have struggled with mental clarity, memory, mental stamina and overall energy levels. The injuries I endured have left me with lasting pain in the form of headaches and mental fatigue. Since using this shilajit, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my feeling of wellness, but most importantly, I have felt an improvement in my brain’s functionality. It has been relieving, after years of wondering if I’d ever be myself again. I’m not back to 100%, but I’m close!! I am hopeful that continued use of this product will bring complete healing. The resin itself is very thick in consistency. The color and texture are smooth and even. It has a rich, smoky flavor, and I do not detect any sweetness or odor. When I dissolve the resin sublingually, I coat the tip of a small sugar spoon and let it rest in my mouth, under my tongue, for about 10 minutes. Usually, this is enough time for it to be fully dissolved and absorbed. This has become my preferred method, and it’s the first thing I do every morning. I am grateful to have found this product! I’ve been using it for almost two months (cycling it, as instructed) and I have at least two more months worth of product. This has been a great product for me!

I like that this product is 3rd party tested for its ingredients, vitamin, and safety, its a decent earthy taste with no strong smell, and the value for the amount of servings is great. I only take a star off because it got so so so dense with time that the wood breaks when I try to scoop it. Maybe a metal serving distributor would be better?

This was the first shilajit product I've ever tried, but it is living up to the hype, and the effects kicked in right from the start. My mind is clearer and more settled, and I have more genuine energy. And by "genuine", I mean energy that feels natural, not like the jittery, fake energy from a caffeinated beverage. And oddly, it doesn't interfere with my sleep-- even an afternoon nap. Perhaps the best way to describe the effects is that I feel 20 years younger (much of the time) when I take this stuff. The mini popsicle measuring sticks provided make for a crude tool. So I switched to using tiny stainless steel measuring spoons that you can find with a simple Amazon search on "measuring spoon pinch". They often come in a set, and I use either "Pinch" or the larger "Dash". The resin will cling to the bottom of the spoon, but I just scrape most of that off on the inside of the jar's lip, leaving the recommended pea-sized blob on the upper side of the spoon. I then put the loaded head of the spoon down into about an inch of warm water in a coffee mug, and let it dissolve as I get ready in the morning. After several minutes, it's ready to be stirred and drank. The flavor is distinct, but not offensive. This stuff actually works. I do wish it was lab tested for heavy metals, however.

I love this product, but it didn’t come packaged correctly. They were no wooden tools to use to scoop out the shilajit.

Bought it and I haven’t noticed much of a difference it’s incredibly cheap compared to other companies but what I noticed is that even right now in Texas where it’s pretty cold this stuff is almost as thin as let’s say honey, it’s not even thick I tried to do the burn test and it just melts off th spoon won’t even ash up…. Basically failed the test…. Probably won’t buy again , okay so I was trying to figure out some info on this stuff mind you I just got it recently and I looked at the manufactured date and beat by date and well let’s just say I wish I noticed this long ago and it was manufactured around 2 years ago I recently got it and not it expires in less than 2 months, wtf do they expect me to take 500 service in about 90 days!!!! Huge red flag please don’t buy this crap, on the stick did the burn test the shilajit that taste nasty (nootrum) burned properly the altar brand did not!
